Overall pretty good, except for the cost of parking.

Encountered serious racial discrimination. When checking out in the early morning, the front desk deliberately made things difficult for the Chinese and forcibly deducted 125 US dollars for parking for 5 days from the pre-authorization, but in fact it was only parked for one night. When my friend picked me up at the airport and sent me to the hotel, it was already early morning, and I drove away during the day. At that time, the license plate was registered, but there were receipts for entering and leaving, so I asked to find their manager. He knew that he had to catch a flight and had no time to wait, so he panicked and said that he was the manager, saying that he had not informed them that he would not park, and he would continue to charge, and his attitude was extremely bad. I called Ctrip on the spot, and the Ctrip employee communicated with him, but the other party was still the same, with a very bad attitude. A few hours later, a local American friend came to the hotel. It is said that he only spent two minutes explaining what happened to another staff member. The other party immediately apologized, saying that this was a wrong operation, and immediately operated the refund! As a 5-star hotel, with such quality employees, be cautious when checking in! The first two photos in the attached photo are this employee and his name, and the other is a receipt for only collecting one day and refunding 4 days.

The hotel is close to the airport. The interior is clean and tidy. The equipment is a bit old, but it is ok for a short stay. Overall it is good👍

We stayed for several consecutive nights. The overall service environment and hygiene were pretty good. There was a restaurant on the first floor, and there was an outlet next to it so we could go shopping anytime. It was very convenient! 😉

There are outlets near the hotel, shopping is very convenient, and the hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the airport.

It's close to the fashion outlet. I checked in early, but it couldn't be opened, so I went to the front desk to change rooms.

There was actually an electrical box in the room, which was extremely noisy.
