"Overall, my recent stay at this hotel was a positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants in walking distance for dining. Despite being so close to these amenities, the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was basic but satisfying, with a decent selection of options to choose from. Airport shuttle and price was the main reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations."

"Very convenient spot next to O'hare with the complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes. Fun place to eat at the 1st floor as well. Would be even better if they had free water in each room."

"the front desk is friendly and give us coupons for breakfast. it's not our first time to stay here and it's always good to come back. the hotel is located near ORD and easier for us to get in get out. near shopping area and restaurant."

"It’s also a Wistine hotel. The domestic one seems more upscale, while the American one seems more ordinary😀 The hardware facilities and software services are very good👍 If you sign up as a Marriott member, the WIFI fee is free, otherwise it will cost about US$18 per day💵. American tipping culture is such a headache🤦♂️ It’s $2 to leave in the room every morning💵 Just think about it, less is less😅"

"The room is large, Booked suite, The structure and design are very reasonable, The space is well used, There is a kitchen where you can cook something to eat. 300 meters next to the target, And panda express."

"I made a mistake with my reservation but the staff was so kind to help me solve the problem. the hotel itself is a little outdated, but it is a good stay near the airport.  the airport shuttle bus is very punctual, and the location is very nearby the airport. I also tried dining at Gibson’s steakhouse, which is a steakhouse within the hotel premise , and it was full with locals and conference visitors. Taste was okay."

"I was there for a concert which is the perfect location for it since it is so near by! The price is fair and the hotel is great for the 2-3 days I spend there. Shuttle bus was perfect! Love it so much, it was so convenient"

"iDon’t be in a hurry for the shower because it takes at least 10 minutes for the hot water to come. i’ll go to Hyatt, at least by name, that’s worth the similarity ends. Appreciate the complementary breakfast. I don’t remember paying for it, but it was about the quality of a Days Inn. O’Hare shuttle was prompt and courteous. The front desk would’ve been better if people in front of me weren’t clueless. all in all the room was modern, big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. not sure I’d stay there again but I’m in need of an accommodation near O’hare about four times a year. "

"It was very loud not exactly sure what was happening between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. music blasting door slamming but I should not have heard that on the 8th floor. I have never stayed somewhere that that has occurred others complained that we're staying at the hotel from the same convention group that I was with about the noise that's why I did not complain because of the response that they got to it that there was basically nothing that could be done about it because of a contract."
