Because of the heavy snow at the Chicago airport, I found a hotel temporarily, and there is a bus to the airport. On the day of departure, the bus broke down due to the low temperature. The hotel helped to pay the taxi and reimburse it, which is still very good.

It's outrageous. During the epidemic, the hygiene was too careless. When the microwave oven was turned on, there were leftover meals from the previous guests, and they were all searched. Also gave a room that wasn't cleaned at first

Good amenities, clean, friendly staff, and airport parking and shuttle! Loved our corner suite. And the best part is it’s so close to a lot of entertainment, restaurants, bars, and the ******.

There was construction in the lobby - they had to move me rooms due to noise . The new room was more quiet but i would have appreciated knowing at check in to avoid the move first thing in the morning half asleep. Overall it was a good stay.

My room was too warm. I called the front desk and was told nothing could be done. Ive never been told no in regards to my room temperature.
