遭遇嚴重的種族歧視，清晨退房時前台針對中國人刻意刁難，強行從預授權中扣了5天125美金停車費，但實際僅停了一晚，朋友接機送到酒店時已是凌晨，就白天再開走的。當時登記了車牌，但進出都有小票，就要求找他們manager，他知道要趕飛機，沒有時間等，就慌稱他就是manager，説沒有告知他們不停了，就要一直收費，態度極端惡劣。當場電話給到攜程，攜程員工與他溝通，對方還是如此，態度非常差。幾個小時後美國當地朋友到酒店，據説僅花了兩分鐘和另一個工作人員説明發生了什麼，對方立即道歉，説這是錯誤的操作，立即操作了退費！
作為5星酒店，有如此素質的員工，謹慎入住！
附件照片前兩張是這個員工和他的名字，另一張是僅收一天退4天的收據。

酒店離機場近，酒店內飾還蠻乾淨整潔，設備有點老舊，不過短住還是可以，總體還不錯👍

・部屋…概ねきれい。清掃時のものと思われるタオルの置き忘れがあり減点
・ロケーション…ORDから近い中ではリーズナブルな価格設定
・サービス…フロントはフレンドリー。ただ当方、スーツケース4個100kgを抱えていてもノーヘルプ。アメリカのサービスってこんな感じでしたっけ？
・朝食…期待してはいけないが、パンケーキにソーセージを挟みメープルシロップをかけたら、マッ◯グリドルの出来上がり(そして結構美味しい)
・総評…ORD近辺への止まり木としてご活用ください
