Poor service front desk, person lied and call the police on me after warning me about my music which I did turn down

Really nice hotel very close to my venue and staff was friendly as well! Process for everything was great!

Hotel was very clean staffing was nice.
Bed was very comfortable the suite we had we loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful , staff were very accommodating, made me feel right at home.

Because, like last year, the Road Bear organization for the camper removal specials was here, yet this hotel was booked again. I would like to stay in a little more modern hotel, but the bus to the factory leaves here and it is very easy. Best spacious rooms (829), but a extra easy chair, as well as a refrigerator and a safe missed. The indoor is from the 1960s, and we hope that the Edward Hotel will be renovated in the coming years, and we had a vision of O'Hare Airport with a lot of noise from departing aircraft.

Absolutely loved it , the rooms were amazing and spacious, definitely worth every penny . Also staff was so accommodating, assisted me with everything from start to finish .

The hotel is a bit dated though.
It is spacious and generous.
The heater worked well, so we had a good time.
The location is about that, the price is reasonable, and I'm staying comfortably.
