Tolles top restauriertes Small Boutique Hotel in super Lage direkt neben dem Sporthafen, wenige Minuten zum Strand, kostenlose Parkplätze, tolles kleines Frühstück Buffet, Abendessen a la carte. Geräumige Suite mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen und das Meer. Gerne wieder!

This is a very nice property. Peaceful, decently designed, though could be a bit upgraded for the overall ambition. Apart from one person vey nice staff. Excellent breakfast with their special egges I fully recommend. If it was possible to give 4,5, I would give it 4,5. I give 5 really for and exquisit full experience.

Rooms were OK, but not great, bathroom rather small.; but the view over the marina to the west made up for it)
They initially wanted to assign us a parking space about 500m away (but there should be parking spaces available on site, the hotel wasn't fully booked either)
Breakfast was superb!! Everything your heart desires, even extras like eggs made to order were no problem!
The only drawback: During the day (until about 10:30 p.m. and from 6:30 a.m.) it was a bit noisy (from the road running past)

Palazzo Rainis is the absolute definition of a boutique hotel. Excellent and attentive service, charming and luxurious rooms, indulgent breakfasts, and spotless facilities. The location was a little tucked away from the heart of Novigrad, but is an easy walk into town. No need for taxis to restaurants and beaches at all. Since it was a little further from night life, we enjoyed peaceful and quiet nights sleep (though we'd have loved a bit more air conditioning). The room itself was plush and beautifully decorated with high-end bathroom fixtures. We loved our balcony overlooking the marina and enjoyed mini-bar drinks there each night (the first refill of the mini-bar is included!). The breakfast was probably the best we had in Croatia as it included an extensive, high-quality buffet as well as a cooked dish of choice. They even offered breakfast fizz to get our days started in a luxurious way! We didn't use the pool, though it was beautiful and inviting. The sauna was a nice treat and was well-maintained. We would happily stay at Palazzo Rainis again and will recommend it to friends.

An excellent hotel in front of the ocean with a great and personalized service. The breakfast is a high quality experience. I recommend the eggs Benedict and the charcuterie. The swimming pool is very nice and quiet, and beaches near by are very friendly. It is a great location in Novigrad, close to multiple great towns and cities (in Croatia and other countries). The personnel is excellent and will help you with any need you have: reservations, recommendations, attractions, etc. do not doubt it and enjoy it.

The hotel is very nicely furnished. Super wellness and outdoor pool. The receptionists are very friendly. They have excellent breakfasts with an offer of local delicacies. Truffles, prosciutto, cheese and fish. The rooms are clean and tidy. The mini bar is well stocked and the first refill is included in the price. The service to the room is good. The selection of dishes is smaller and the portions are small. Bicycle rental is a very good additional offer.

Very disappointed by the service. A spa was advertised and was why we chose here, but when we wanted to use it reception refused on the basis that someone else had chosen to privatise it, despite it being during its normal "public" hours. And so we paid for a.spa we couldn't use despite being advised we could. Will not be coming back.
