"Quality friendly service, from reception, house keeping to breakfast room staff - all were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only downside was dull lighting in bathroom, and poor shower design meant bathroom floor quickly went underwater from a lot of shower water not staying on shower tray but rather flowing out onto tiles. Extra thanks to Sara on front desk, and my lovely Philippine house keeper!"

"We had a great experience on our family trip. The hotel has an excellent playroom for kids, as well as a gaming room. The indoor pool was great; there is also an outdoor pool, but since we visited in January, we didn’t have a chance to use it. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The location is perfect—near the city center of Novigrad, just a few meters from the beach and parks. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly come back."

"Cool boutique hotel in Novigrad. Hotel Employees are very friendly. Rooms are large and very comfortable. We had a view over the water. Breakfast was a large buffet with anything and everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Hotel arranged a truffle hunting tour inland that was lot of fun. They also arranged dinner at the local Michelin restaurant that was hard to get into. We ate at the Hotel and go for the Truffle risotto. Overall the food was excellent. Walk around the perimeter of the town on the water, there's not much beach on the town side but over the years, the wharfs have been build up and there are little swimming pools built out of the stone. North of the hotel, you can do a 5 mile walk up the coast. Couple places to stop and get a drink. Nice place to stay, great sea food and truffles."

"Nice and uncomplicated reception, large rooms with sea/harbor view, quiet location, parking on site, very extensive breakfast, great terrace, and very nice walking paths in the vicinity of the hotel. We liked it very much, we will be back!"

Laguna Maradiso Hotel by Aminess

"Coming to the hotel, parking was full. Check-in parking area is constantly fully occupied round the day with motorcycles and scooters from people coming from nearby camp to use the hotel pool. So I had to block the whole parking lot to get all the suitcases out of the car. Needless to say I was not the only unsatisfied guest at that parking lot in that moment. Receptionist then gave us the parking card for another pakirng nearby but there is no signs how to get to there. Had to park at the neighbour Maestral hotel parking. I dont mind a few minutes walk so its fine. Would definetly help to make parking at Laguna hotel a hotel parking, not a hotel/public parking because there is probably not enough space for the hotel guests alone. And firstly establising some order to really have check-in parking to serve its purpose. During our stay my parents also joined us. Again even worse experience. Because of the full parking and no space at check-in area they had to park just outside the park barrier. Going to the reception to get the parking card and coming back, already got a parking ticket for 60€. Traffic warden said he gets called from the hotel itself to come there and give tickets (its a dead end road going to the hotel). For sure an interesting approach to address this issue. Absolutley unnecessary poor experience soley because of the poor management and communication. Hope they make some changes in that area soon."

"We were greeted with kindness and helpfulness, which we also found the following morning at breakfast. It was mostly savory, but the chef and staff immediately made sure we were satisfied with various pastries and cream-filled croissants decorated with berries. The sea view is spectacular, especially at sunset. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return."
