"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Service shocking , cleanliness issues , does not enforce smoking guidance especially in restaurant . Management amateur - definitely not even 2 star. Food cold and they put hot food on top of cold. Inadequate number of public area toilets which led to lack of cleanliness . Rooms were not even as good as a travel lodge !"

"An excellent hotel in front of the ocean with a great and personalized service. The breakfast is a high quality experience. I recommend the eggs Benedict and the charcuterie. The swimming pool is very nice and quiet, and beaches near by are very friendly. It is a great location in Novigrad, close to multiple great towns and cities (in Croatia and other countries). The personnel is excellent and will help you with any need you have: reservations, recommendations, attractions, etc. do not doubt it and enjoy it."

"Disappointing experience – inflexible and unaccommodating I had booked a two-night stay but had to adjust my plans unexpectedly after the first night. I reached out to amend the reservation, but the hotel showed zero flexibility and insisted on charging the full amount, despite clear communication and a genuine effort to find a fair solution. Rigid policies are one thing, but the complete lack of understanding or goodwill was disappointing. This kind of customer service leaves a lasting negative impression — I won’t be returning, and I would advise other travelers to be cautious if your plans might need any adjustment."

"The hotel is nice and small. The rooms spacious and homey. The food is ok, for a four star hotel. What was nit so great was the service. Wrong order at breakfast. And in the evening we had to ask to get drinks served. Four people were running from the bar to dining room and back and in 15 minutes no one asked if we wanted something. After the waiter took his time he shouted over from the bar instead of coming to ask what we wanted to drink. Somehow not what I expected from this hotel."

"Family-owned, with a friendly/cosy approach. Nice, relatively spacious rooms. Small pool/gym/tanning dome available (not used). Excellent free parking. No balcony- difficult to dry beach towels/wet clothes. Good, hearty breakfast, but whatever was labelled 'coffee' was anything else but coffee. Garden/breakfast outdoor area infested with some blood-sucking insects (not mosquitoes, something worse!). WiFi decent only in reception, practically non-existent elsewhere. 12mins to beach (Pebbly- if not rightward boulderly- and relatively narrow, though never overcrowded (cca 8Aug). Beach shoes a must. Sunbeds ('gazebos') 30EURs- almost useless due to pine forest vicinity. Plenty (almost overwhelming) small children, no problem unless stone throwing seems to be the local sport. 25mins to downtown (nearest decent option for dinner)- awkward when heavy raining. "
