The hotel is located north of Atlanta, more than 50 kilometers from the airport.
The room is large and clean, but the facilities are too old. The elevator button is broken
The hotel provides free drinks
The hotel breakfast is simple, but much better than ordinary American hotels.
There is Macy's Shopping Center opposite the hotel

My bed was so comfortable, house cleaning did a great job, great locations with food and shopping near by. Pool area and Short walking paths around the hotel was nice. Staff was very professional! Will come back to this hotel again!

Stay was ok. Had no comforter in the last 2 rooms even tho I asked for a comforter multiple times . It was cold in the rooms also . Not to mention there wasn’t any carpet

Clean hotel with attentive employees. Shuttle service to and from amphitheater was prompt, driver was great. Loved staying here.

If you like moldy food, it’s part of the breakfast buffet. Also, if they say daily housekeeping, it’s only if you catch them and ask them while they’re in the hall otherwise they don’t come.

I don't think we've ever had more of an unfriendly check-in as this one! And we've stayed in a lot of hotels!! The receptionist made us feel like we were a total inconvenience! Especially when she had to stop chatting away on the phone to answer a question that we had! When we got to our room we only had three pillows but there was no way I was approaching her for the 3rd time to ask if it was possible to have another one as I'm not sure I would have been able to keep my mouth shut to her bad attitude!! Anyway! The room was great & we liked the free parking but that was it! In the morning we took one look at the free breakfast and thought no thank you! And we promptly left! We definitely won't be staying again!! which is a shame because we really liked the room!

The rooms were designed well and spacious. However, both rooms that we reserved were in need of repair, and this was never addressed, even though it was reported on day one. We were only told someone would be there to correct the problem, but no one ever showed our entire stay. In addition, neither of our rooms were ever cleaned. Breakfast was adequate for our needs.

Amazing hotel. Close enough to the city of Atlanta without staying in the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s close to a nice suburban area Alpharetta with a mall that has the cutest indoor play place for kids. The hotel was safe clean and perfect all around. Free breakfast was a plus!
