For the price paid - no sky tv , no tv main room . Low on towels, no bathroom soaps. Low on toilet paper . Sign saying there will be a charge of 50 dollars if dishes were not washed . House wasn’t very tidy . Kitchen stunk . No one to come maintain the rooms . Should of had a daily cleaner . Very disappointed. Won’t book again

Do not stay here!
The dirtiest place i have ever seen. There where spiders all over the walls and ceilings. We booked for two nights and didnt stay one. I can't believe we fell for this.
No partial refund was issued or apology or explanation given.
This is the first review i have ever written positive or negative. I felt that people need to know so they dont walk into what we did.

Just be aware the photos for the apartments were taken when they were new and fresh. We did not find the unit in a clean condition, even after all the warning signs about fines, which are a little off putting. Positives, plenty of room, and manged to squeeze car into garage.

Location was very good but luxury apartment looking very tired. Many lights in kitchen not working. No light on kitchen hob extractor. Some light fittings actually missing in kitchen and stairs. Obvious leak in bathroom wall causing water on floor in toilet.No oven dish to actually use oven.Enough glasses for 5 but beds for 6!! Not enough in luxery appartment. Bathroom extractors poorly functioning- I love steam! Rotorua has so much to offer but not here.Limited maintenance made it look unclean and knocked around

There were no tea towels for doing dishes, the salt and pepper shakers fell apart, the deck was dirty. Other than that we enjoyed the place.

We travel a lot and this was probably the worse accommodation we’ve stayed in for years. Dark, dirty and unwelcoming. Great location and it had a washer and drier which was a bonus. However, it had barely been cleaned since the previous occupiers, there were crumbs and sticky patches on the coffee table, finger marks everywhere, cobwebs, spiders, the sofas were both heavily stained, the blinds didn’t work properly, at least four light bulbs not working, one light was hanging from the ceiling, the outside area was dirty and unusable with bird crap on everything. Add to that you can’t park on site and you have to pay for street parking , there was no soap in the toilet, no toiletries provided in the bathroom and the information folder had a list of misdemeanours that attract additional costs such as late check out, not doing the dishes etc. Avoid.

We haven't even had the opportunity to stay the night when we went into lockdown. Were able to rebook but upon doing so were told to pay an extra $20 because we had agreed to it in our "modification email" . We baulked on the principle of the matter and now they refuse to honour the even after we had said we'd pay the extra. Their words; "On the contrary, it is our proactive decision to adopt the strict cancellation policy during this uncertain period to simplify our day-by-day operation and for the purpose of increasing the foreseeability of our business outcome." I see why the tourism industry is getting slammed by average Kiwis.
