Plus: 1.Good location; 2.Having a hot pool for SPA; 3.Parking is relatively easy. Minus: 1.Old Capet with smells. 2.At room 14 of my stay, I got insect bites around 3 am in the morning .Which was hurt very badly, so I got up and to search for a balm to reduce that pain. When I checked out, I stressed on this bad feeling to the front desk.

Love the room and pool. Pleasant set up, clean and tidy. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel is located in city centre. The location is very convenient with bus stop nearby. It is very convenient if it is necessary to take public bus to other regions. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean. Looks recently renovated. Good location right next to lake and next to eat street. Nice bathroom too.

Wasn't the best place for the price, unfortunately was the only few hotels that were available. There was a strange smell in the room (Not Sulfur dioxide from the volcanoes), it served it's purpose, free parking which was good.

Disappointed as the price was costly, and the rooms werent as expected very poor service, room was very cold couldnt sleep i booked 2 nights but was so dissappointed we only stayed one night

A very disappointing hotel. The price is very expensive compared to other local wines. The price-performance ratio is poor. But the location is excellent. Unfortunately, it did not make good use of the location. The most serious thing is that the hygiene is very poor and can even be bad. The overall service is basically good. I stayed for one night during my trip to Rotorua. The hotel had free parking, but there was no space when I arrived. Fortunately, roadside parking spaces were available for free from 9pm to 10am the next morning.

Rotorua is really a beautiful town, and this hotel is also quite good. It is a suite and there is a massage bed in the living room😄 The hotel service is average and parking is free. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. It is too tiring to carry four suitcases upstairs.

There are many mosquitoes, there is no elevator on the second floor, and the room was not cleaned on the last day. Not recommended.
