We arrived before the checkin time, reception let us check in a bit earlier and get us a room with a view. Staff were nice and helpful.  The shower may need to upgrade, the water pressure wasn’t enough. But overall i love the hotel , breakfast, location and environment.

Great location, just across the Rotterdam station. Room was okay, though not exactly a 5 star standard. More like a 4 star at best. Supermarkets are nearby but not much food options.

I decided to treat myself and my son at the end of our trip and the Rotterdam Marriott certainly did not disappoint. As a disabled person with limited mobility, I wasn’t sure how far away from Centraal train station it would be. I was pleasantly surprised that even on crutches, it was a distance that I could manage. The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming and could not do enough to make our trip even more pleasant. The room was beautiful and spacious, plenty of charging outlets and even the tv was personalised by using your keycard upon entry to the room. The bathroom not only had a spacious walk in shower, but also had a large bath. Both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. The room service was fantastic and absolutely delicious food. We will be definitely looking forward to booking back in on our next visit to Rotterdam!

Convenient location, a few steps from Rotterdam Central Station. A nice hotel with good room size and fair view (my room facing a quiet garden) Casino is just next building.

Good location, just in front of the central station. Nice staff, check-in and check-out procedures were fast. The room was clean.

Basic amenities. Very limited breakfast option in a cramped space. Staff a little rude.

Very convenient location- just two steps from central train station, so many shops and restaurants around Room is ok, good size but nothing impressive, just a regular chain hotel

Great location opposite Central station. Friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms with luxury toiletries. Delicious breakfast with good service and selection.

The American style fixed shower head is no good. Apart from that everything is fine; spacious, clean and modern.

Very closed to train station and some restaurants and supermarkets nearby Great service and the room is bright. The staff at front office were nice
