the staff were all kind, they let us check in earlier than the allowed check in time when I beg to have the room because my son gets a little sick from our long trip. They were all accomodating and we will definitely refer hotel Green Tower to our friends. Kudos and thank you!

Good location, good service

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

The room I booked to watch the Makuhari Fireworks cost 1600+ on the day of the fireworks, and 600+ on the next day. Summer fireworks are really popular. The Green Tower is near Makuhari Station, just opposite Mitsui Outlet, and only a 10-minute walk from the fireworks festival. The location is unquestionable. The hotel breakfast is average, business hotel level, and there is no large bath. It is estimated that the main guests are usually exhibition business guests. We took the Keisei bus from Narita Airport and arrived in less than an hour, with a fare of 1200 yen. Finally, a few pictures of the fireworks festival. If it weren't for the fireworks festival, I probably wouldn't come to stay at the Green Tower.

I stayed here because there was a concert nearby. It was close to Makuhari Messe and the station, so it was great. They kept my luggage for the day, which was very helpful!

The hotel is located opposite Kaihama Makuhari Station. You can see the hotel from the Kaihama Makuhari Station platform The hotel should have more than one entrance and exit, Late night check-in requires a detour. Architectural decoration is not a new design; Short stay is not a big problem

The bathtub was deep, and it was difficult to lift my legs up to get in. I thought it might be a little dangerous for elderly people. Also, there were only green tea packs in the room, so I would have liked a few more varieties.

Although it is part of the Washington Group, there were no skin care amenities or hair irons available for rental, the room was dusty and dirty, and the bed had a moldy smell and was not very comfortable. My luggage, which I had left in advance, was brought to my room, but my bag was placed directly on the dirty floor, which was awful. There are other places to put it, such as on a chair, so I think it would be better to avoid the floor.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for attending exhibitions, and can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. There are many dining options around, but English communication is not very convenient.

Although the hotel's decoration is not new, it is quite satisfactory, clean and tidy, and the service staff are friendly. It is about a ten-minute walk from the JR subway station and close to a large shopping mall. The transportation is convenient and it is suitable for shopping.
