Don’t really know, the rooms need maintenance for sure, no AC, definitely was a good hotel in the past I guess but not really anymore , no good internet at all, and the toilet is insanely annoying the way you have to flush it is so weird , yeah I didn’t really liked it tbh but it’s okay!!

The hotel location is excellent near Rail Station, Metro, Shopping and Supermarket. Unfortunately, there is no fridge and telephone in the room.

I have become a regular customer at Grand Hotel. I have been coming to Grand Hotel for years. Really top staff, very friendly, from housekeeping to the manager, all top people.

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the Rotterdam City Hall and surrounded by pedestrian streets, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The sound insulation effect was a little poor, and the young couple next to me couldn't hold it in anymore, and they were so passionate that they had ups and downs all night long.
