We stayed in the superior triple room, everything was neat and tidy. The staff, which was plentiful, were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were fine, we slept wonderfully. In the evening we had dinner in the Lido grill. The food was very good, we first had a starter with different snacks. Recommended to share because everything is available in abundance. The main course was also very tasty, but we just couldn't finish it all. Service is quick and there is also room to wait in between. And what a beautiful view from the restaurant, very beautiful. Had a generous breakfast this morning, again very tasty. All in all, we will definitely go back!!

Super fun experience! Our 4.5 year old daughter enjoyed it. Nice room. Enjoyed a drink on the terrace! A super cool experience for young and old.

Fantastisch interieur, zeer fijne ontvangst. Kamer zeer ruim. Enkel badkamer heeft wat meer aandacht nodig? Toilet papier is nog van de harde soort. Ideale plek om de stad te verkennen vertrekkend met de boottaxi. Ook in de buurt leuke restaurantjes. mooie parkeergelegenheid voor de deur.

Matige lunch gehad in de Lido Grill. Je ervaart hier het tegenovergestelde van Holland America Line zoals het tegenwoordig is. De service is traag, de kaart is beperkt en bevat geen enkel regulier lunchgerecht. Broodje carpaccio? Nee. Uitsmijter? Nee. Dit soort reguliere gerechten horen naar mijn mening gewoon op de kaart. De bediening was verder vriendelijk, maar kon niet opmerken dat we al 20 minuten naar onze lege borden zaten te staren. Daarnaast kwam er een hoop herrie uit de keuken. Het broodje brisket en broodje vis waren verder weinig bijzonders. Een Italiaanse bol met wat bollen vissalade en weinig aankleding. Wij moesten achteraf nog ergens anders wat nemen om verzadigd te raken. Om de review positief te eindigen: de locatie is ontzettend leuk. Wij hadden een mooie tafel aan het raam met uitzicht op de skyline. Door onze ervaringen met de HAL en de nieuwe ms Rotterdam waren onze verwachtingen hoog.
