The room is quite clean, not far from the center about 15 minutes maximum. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a tram stop and a shopping center.
The only thing missing was a kettle, which was not in the room.

Very well located hotel, opposite a shopping center. You can reach the city center on foot or by metro. Ideal for visiting Rouen.

At 3 stars, the price was cheap so the content of the hotel was less than 2 stars. Paid parking (replaces the discount amount) and entry is very difficult. Minimum equipment, 1 bath towel only, no tissues, no bottle of water, no coffee sachets, no kettle; nothing but a towel. But the beds are firm, phew, thank you!
The square shower area is raised and almost no system to stop the water so the water flowed to the floor naturally so we cannot use the totally wet foot mat!
In the end it was not a b&b but the fact is it was a B-hotel! (no 2nd b= breakfast). Experience ! without repetition.
the young woman at reception whom we saw the next morning was very kind and welcoming. A big positive sign. Sorry but,,,

This is a clean budget hotel with parking 20 minute walk from Central Rouen. Great for a stay over on route to elsewhere.

Pleasant welcome.
Room with lots of little animals, only one chair for two, no small shower towels, broken shutter, no insulation against noise or cold, breakfast of very poor quality, the breakfast room is very noisy with a view directly on a room which contained machines therefore very noisy! We absolutely will not return.

Lino floor in the bedroom! I have never seen a hotel with this old fashioned flooring, so that was not a great start. This was accompanied by woodchip wall paper, which I haven't on any wall for decades! Very poor.
The bed also had a plastic mattress protector which is really uncomfortable and unpleasant
The staff were nice and the air-conditioning worked, so that was good.
