"The air conditioning did not work properly. I believe it was the smallest room I have ever had, our suitcases had to be placed on the floor and we had to move the chair to allow the to fit on the floor, because they would not fit on the luggage rack. We stayed 3 nights. The second day our bed was not even made up. The breakfast was good but extremely limited."

"Nice location which close to a lot of signature sightseeing places, such as Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen, Historial Jeanne d’Arc, Le Gros Horloge, Opéra de Rouen Haute-Normandie - Théâtre des Arts Opéra Orchestre Normandie Rouen, Église Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc de Rouen, etc. Accommodating with kitchen and microwave which absolutely good for those family who like to have their own seafood party, you can easily buy your own seafood from Poissonnerie Villard - Le Littoral, or Poissonnerie Saint-Marc, etc. Staffs are kind and friendly, the aparthotel provides replacement of garbage bags and toilet papers, just asked at their reception desk. It definitely a good and memorable stay in Rouen."

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The facilities are excellent, the location is great, and it's very convenient to get to by train. The hotel's front desk service is also exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the restaurant's dishes are very unique."

"Parking was great, once we found we could drive straight in and the barrier would rise! Additional parking very close by but not required. Greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner. Room adequate for sleeping but no cups for coffee in room...paper cups provided which are no good for re-use. Accidentally spilt a second coffee as hadn't realised cup had failed. Result was stained sheets for our three night stay: not changed by morning clean through! Breakfast was excellent and sufficient and location ideal for Rouen Cathedral and other historic places. Only bad aspect was that, due to the proximity of the Seine, many mosquitos made their way into the room and we suffered many bites. Instead of opening window, utilise the air conditioning or take repellant."

"The room was ok, quite big. There is no bowl, there is a plate. The most important thing is that there is a front desk. On weekends, I get off work early. No one, the fee is so big. Can you park at the door, the front reception staff don't know. Adventure stopped for one night."

"Charming hotel, in the middle of Rouen, where we stayed for one night on our way to Cherbourg. Friendly staff at the reception, a code to open the front door after nine o’clock, and free parking below the hotel. You do need to make reservations for the car park as there are only a few spots available. The hotel is situated in a no-car area though, so we needed a card to enter the area, a bit of a hassle but we could take out our luggage in front of the hotel. Nice rooms, small but clean; breakfast sufficient."

"The hotel is happy, were on the car, there is a parking closed 8 € per day. The car was left after expulsion while walking around the city, next stop to go minutes 10-15. Breakfasts are excellent! Normandy cheeses are great abundance. Very big choice! Clean , big rest area in lobby! Noise isolation!"
