The Hotel maybe in an area of mixed race and culture but I felt safe and KFC was in the shopping centre next door...ideal for late eats. The room was ideal..basic..plenty of hot water. The Breakfast was plentiful and nice choice. Staff friendly too. I Slept well. Yes the Hotel needs some TLC. BUT it was okay and Comfy..I like Rouen a lot. Thanku!"
