It's right in front of Rouen station, so you can get there without relying on Google Maps.
I felt very at ease because the staff were very kind and the languages available were written next to the name.
I felt that the room had a lot of attention to detail in its interior and was very cute. As I'm not a very big Asian person, I didn't think it was that small, but if you have a large suitcase or a large body, you might find it a little cramped.
The bathroom had a slightly handmade feel to it, but the price was very reasonable compared to hotel prices in Paris, so I didn't have any complaints about that.

Room is beautifully decorated. Amenities is sufficient.
Location is perfect right infront of the train station. Is walkable to the crowded city centre. So is very well located. Room and wifi all works well. Only down side would just be the lighting’s of the room is a little dim as it gets late and theres no light near the door or mirror !

Stayed two nights here during our roadtrip through Normandy. The location is great, parking cheap and the rooms very cozy and beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed and my thanks to the VERY attentive and kind staff, all of them made the stay even better

Une seule nuit. Mention spéciale pour la qualité du restaurant. Agréablement surpris par la qualité, par la finesse de la cuisine. De l’entrée jusqu’au dessert. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtel idéalement placé. Très proche de la Gare. Chambre très convenable. La finalité de Best Western est toujours là !
