Système de chasse d'eau absent, distributeur de savon dans la douche cassé. La télé ne marchait pas, impossible de la faire réparer. Le petit déjeuner minable, du pain très bas de gamme, pain de mie sec, peu de choix.... il faut revoir les prestations. Dommage car emplacement idéal.

The room, in a 3star hotel not only was not heated but had no radiator, and this with -3C outdoors. We did get a partial refund but are still out of pocket. Went to Mercure Cathedrale where we had a great room in a very civilised hotel. Would appreciate a total refund

j’ai lu beaucoup de commentaires « À FUIR » et je confirme ! En arrivant dans la chambre nous avons eu droit à cette chambre de prison ! Ou le ménage n’avait pas été fait ! Cest malheureusement en allant raler et menacer de changer d’hôtels qu’on a eu une nouvelle chambre correcte.
