"The main advantage of the hotel is its excellent location: almost in the very center.
A small number of rooms in the hotel (a mini-hotel in a multifunctional building).
The room is very, very small, the furniture and plumbing are quite old, requiring serious renovation."

Amazing
MMarsHHI had a great experience staying at Radisson Blu Hotel in Rouen! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Rouen Cathedral and the old town, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well designed, and they were spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly, and they gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and recommended local restaurants when we checked in, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious, and it was a great start to the day. The overall stay was very pleasant and it is a great choice for traveling or business in Rouen. Highly recommended!
VVladislav_MRecently renovated hotel: new furniture, plumbing and fresh repairs. Breakfast is like in all hotels, nothing special.
Cons: extra breakfast was included in the bill, which I only found out about when I received the bill by email, I recommend checking the bill at the reception.
GGuest UserThe Hotel was very well located, close to shops and cultural places! The welcome was warm and helpful. The room was nice, and the service too.
The train station was less than 30 minutes away on foot
GGuest UserDespite the name, the structure is not in the centre.
Parking is also payable for the hotel's fruiters!
Breakfast is not bad, average, but it is not a absence of fruit juices, which is really incredible.
The room is large and, at least, my room was the particularity of having the water in a special room, separated from the bathroom where there was a washing and a shower.
NNetteluoWe only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.
GGuest UserIt's right in front of Rouen station, so you can get there without relying on Google Maps.
I felt very at ease because the staff were very kind and the languages available were written next to the name.
I felt that the room had a lot of attention to detail in its interior and was very cute. As I'm not a very big Asian person, I didn't think it was that small, but if you have a large suitcase or a large body, you might find it a little cramped.
The bathroom had a slightly handmade feel to it, but the price was very reasonable compared to hotel prices in Paris, so I didn't have any complaints about that.
SShawnThis hotel is owned by the Best Western chain but has good personality - focused on the literary author Gustave Flaubert (who was born in Rouen).
Rooms are compact but clean - big windows and blackout curtains - comfortable.
Breakfast is an additional 19.00 € per person - pricey.
The biggest plus is the location - in the centre of the old town, right next to the Jeanne D'arc memorial church and within 5-10 mins walk of most key sights.
Staff were friendly, spoke great English (in case your French isn't good) and checking in was easy.
GGuest UserWalking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.
