L’Hotel était très bien situé, à proximité des commerces et des lieux culturels ! L’accueil était chaleureux et serviable. La chambre était agréable, et le service aussi.
La gare était à moins de 30 min à pieds

Hotel bellino, centralissimo, molto comodo per riuscire a raggiungere luoghi e locali vari di Rouen quando rientri nel pomeriggio da una giornata di collaudi. Però stavolta era pieno di gruppi di turisti disordinatissimi, che a colazione affollavano i buffet spostando cose (distinguilo poi il fromage blanc dallo yogurt, cerca la bottiglia col latte che prima era su un bancone e dopo nascosta tra altre con succhi di frutta...). E salivano o scendevano con l'ascensore, e poi risalivano o riscendevano. E l'ascensore - uno soltanto perché l'altro s'è guastato mercoledì e fino a tutt'oggi, sabato non è stato riparato - era uno soltanto, e pure parecchio confuso da tutto l'andirivieni. No, mi spiace, stavolta non è andata bene.

Une nuit en couple en Mars. Parking ss-terrain payant possible mais non réservable ...malgré cela ,arrivés en soirée, le responsable a fait le maximum pour nous trouver une place ( un grand merci à lui !) Dîner sur place au vu de l'heure tardive et la fatigue de la route bienvenu ! Bonne surprise, les pizzas étaient bonnes...mais d'autres choix possibles. Le personnel est aux petits soins , il faut le souligner... La chambre impeccable, comme attendue pour un Mercure. Un excellent avis sur le petit déjeuner, varié et copieux ,le point positif supplémentaire : le coin local normand avec produits régionaux ! Bref, une excellente adresse pour une étape ou un séjour de visite de Rouen. Satisfaction totale en ce qui nous concerne : merci à tous.

L’emplacement est idéal mais c’est d’un niveau d’un petit 3 étoiles. Le matelas est très dur, le mobilier est vétuste et la propreté de la salle de bain est à déplorer. Je ne recommande absolument pas. Je suis très déçue pour un Mercure. Pour le prix, je suis sûre que l’on peut trouver beaucoup mieux ailleurs .
