其他更有特色酒店找不到的情況下可以考慮這種國際連鎖。比較老舊，但是該有的都有了。而且在市中心也很方便。還有停車場付費也合理。

오래 된 낡은 시설이나 유럽임을 감안하면 괜찮은 수준입니다 호텔 근처에 유명 관광지 몰려 있어서 모두 도보로 이동 가능합니다 주차장이 지하에 있는데 먼저 주차비를 계산해야 출차 가능합니다

Arriver dans un pays étranger, après un long voyage et ne pas trouver la disponibilité de la chambre réservée et confirmée par votre agence à l'hôtel était traumatisant. Aucune autre chambre n'était disponible dans l'hôtel et apparemment dans tout Rouen. Heureusement, la réceptionniste nous a trouvé une chambre dans un hôtel Ibis au même prix que ce que j'avais déjà payé en ligne à votre agence. Dommage que l'hôtel soit de catégorie inférieure et à 30 kilomètres de notre destination, ce qui nous obligeait à faire la navette en voiture, à nos frais, très gênant. Je précise que la réceptionniste, pour l'avenir, nous a conseillé de contacter directement l'hôtel et non plus votre agence. Je ne sais pas si la responsabilité de ce qui s'est passé incombe à votre agence ou à l'hôtel Mercure de Rouen, mais cela a certainement menacé de gâcher nos vacances dès le premier jour. C'est la première fois que quelque chose d'aussi ennuyeux m'arrive et j'espère que cela ne se reproduira plus jamais. J'attends vos considérations

Niestety nie skorzystaliśmy z tego hotelu,po rezerwacji pokoju na stronie trip.com okazało sie,że nie ma pokoi w tym hotelu.Pani w recepcji rozłożyła ręce i zaproponowała nam pobyt w innym hotelu.Zostaliśmy przerzuceni do hotelu sieci campanille.daleko za miastem z opłatą za taksówkę we własnym zakresie.
Skandal.takie rzeczy jednak zdarzają się.
Niezadowoleni w odległym hotelu spedziliśmy jednak miłe trzy dni w pięknym mieście Rouen.
Prośba by w recepcji hotelu bardziej panie przykładały sie do sprawdzania rezerwacji i powiadamiania o jakichkolwiek zmianach trochę wcześniej by nie zostać pod gołym niebem.a skończenie było ogromne.niemiła sytuacja dla obu stron.
