Very well located hotel, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only one flaw: no elevator. When you're on the third floor with big luggage, it's not fun.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very well placed for the old city of Rouen. We were in room 17, it was very clean, the bed linen was crisp and clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large compared to usual hotel bathrooms, great shower pressure too. Hairdryer in the bathroom together with a small assortment of soap/ shower gel. The room also has a kettle and a small amount of tea/ coffee and sugar. No milk but the supermarket around the corner sells long life milk in the little 1 measure cartons. We didn't do the breakfast as we were out earlier than It started (7am) all the staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. Just a short walk to restaurants and sights. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay again. We could see the cathedral and the river Seine from our room also which was lovely. It's also only about a 15 minute walk from the train station and easy to find .

Horrible night, way too noisy, I felt like I was sleeping with the neighbor. We hear everything, bring earplugs and the photo on the ad did not correspond to reality, much less glamorous.

I stayed 1 night, the room was clean and the hotel was very well located close to the shops in the city center. The only downside is that you can hear noises outside as well as near the street.

The establishment is a shame that the gentleman at reception is unfriendly, we can't say yes to everything but there is the art and way of saying it and their system born of conformation turns into harassment, that is not necessary to send emails and messages to remind reception closing times

Hotel a few steps from the Cathedral.
Renovated and clean. The room was small and sp****ly furnished. The bathroom was new. There is no lift and air conditioning, but it is unacceptable that the structure closes at 10pm and to enter after that time you have to contact a mobile number.
