Very walkable to most of the attractions in Rouen, plus many good restaurants. Having on-site parking was a plus and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good stay.

Great little hotel not far from the cathedral and the rest of town. Would stay again but would definitely request a room on a lower floor as there’s no lift and the Wifi didn’t really work on the 4th floor! Parking space was a bonus. Charged €15 per day in secure car park.

Only rated below 5 because the WiFi was hit and miss upstairs in our bedroom might just need repeaters as WiFi on ground floor was excellent. And no lifts to the 3 accommodation floors. Hotel very very handy for access to both the city centre and also to the River Seine, we also had secure parking and it was very secure. Modern hotel but very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was first class, great options and very good service. Would stay here again if we are in this area, price wise very reasonable.

Very convenient location close to walk to all major sites. Our room on first floor (no lift) was large with an extra bed/couch in it, walk in shower, quiet. Staff (owner’s son) was very pleasant, English//French speaker, took our luggage upstairs. Breakfast was very plentiful, bright atmosphere with tables in main lobby area. Highly recommend.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden! Vom Hotel ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der historischen Altstadt, das Auto kann auf dem Hotelinnenhof sicher geparkt werden. Check in und out verliefen zügig und das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Frühstück war reichhaltig, leere Platten wurden beständig aufgefüllt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very well located. Good to have a secure car park. Friendly people running it. Breakfast good. Rooms small and basic but that reflects price point. The only drawback is there is no elevator. Carrying cases to the 4th floor was hard work and this may not be ideal for everyone.
