房間挺小的，被子很臟。看着蠻噁心的，不建議入住。服務可以，環境也不錯，就是這被子 應該是許多年沒換過了

The hotel staff were super welcoming and friendly!!
The breakfast was amazing too! Way better than we expected, but don’t come too late for breakfast ( around 9 is good, we notice around 9:30 it’s peak so there’s waiting). But theres many choice, my favorite was the fresh orange juice and French toast!

Catastrophe Surpris par le bel accueil l’été dernier nous étions revenus en octobre tout allait bien et avons gardé l’adresse dans nos carnets. Nous sommes revenus en avril 2024, choqué par l’accueil personne à la réception obligé de téléphoner sur le numéro de hôtel. le personnel s’en moque complètement à peine bonjour qu’il retourne à leurs portables ou leurs pause grignotage. Il vous regarde comme si ils avaient hâte que vous partiez ! Le pdj était désastreux et un fiasco il manquait du pain des croissants des plateaux des serviettes du jus d’orange ; le buffet était sale des miettes partout. Lorsque nous avons demandé ce qu’il manquait:les jeunes femmes ne répondait plus, le directeur semble aussi à l’ouest car posant des questions il ne répondait pas et marchait vite pour aller en cuisine. Bref terminé ! C’est devenu sauvage et sans âme aucun professionnalisme!!!

A little out of town but easy commute to the center by metro, metro is about 7mins walk. Breakfast was great, everything worked as expected, rooms are on the small side, temp is well maintained in the common areas, pool table has seen better days

Hôtel qui perd en qualité d’accueil depuis quelques mois et personnel nonchalant... pas de sourire, bonjour, erreur dans les factures et occupé par leur portable ou leurs collègues au petit déjeuner ou au bar. fossé entre la qualité et le décor! Un client régulier depuis 3 ans
