Beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Hotel is in central Rouen, quite close to the river. We parked in the cathedral car park.

Our room was extremely small with only a queen-size bed, but it had an elevator, air condition and a walk-in shower. Very quiet location and a delicious breakfast. Our deodorant fell from the shelf above the toilet into the toilet bowl...I will never understand why interior architects don't think of such things, but I guess they have no experience with hotel rooms. So my advice: don't use that shelf.

C'est la 2e fois que nous venons le weekend et toujours un super accueil ! Le monsieur de la réception est très pro et plein de bons conseils pour les restos aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner toujours aussi bon et varié. Excellent rapport qualité-prix ! On reviendra avec plaisir.

C 'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hotel. Toujours aussi cosy , on s'y sent bien , c 'est propre et j'adore la déco qui change régulièrement avec beaucoup de gout. tout est dans le détail A la fois Proche du centre mais dans un endroit calme. Bonne literie et petit dej copieux de bonne qualité a refaire une troisième fois :)
