Very clean, right downtown. Hot shower in a quiet location. Check in went smoothly once I read that the check in is not where the room was located, my bad.

This property is right in the heart of old town, and the perfect spot for exploring Rovinj. At first we were confused about the parking situation, but the staff made it very convenient and hassle free once you arrive. The friendly and proactive communication by staff made all the difference. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing location. Good for a short stay. Easy walk to everything in old town. The shower was a little small, and the ground floor got a little warm as the A/C was only on the top floor.

Everything was walking distance including the church. Warning: for those that have hip or knee issues, streets are very steep. It’s great exercise and there are various restaurants and bars. You can cliff jump on the right side of the church. It is a fantastic peninsula town. So much to see.

The reception is at a different location. We dared to ask why is it taking an additional 25 minutes and got yelled at in return.
The person that was running late for checking provided another lecture.
All in all, we fell lucky to have gotten away so lightly.

The room is very welcoming, clean and equipped with every comfort. It is located right in the historic center of Rovinj, the location is ideal for admiring this beautiful village. Very kind and friendly staff. Good experience!

The room is located in the center, very nice, clean and recently renovated.
The only negative points are the bed, which was too soft for me and the poor soundproofing: you can hear everything that happens in the common areas and in the next room.
The service was excellent: we left the car 10 minutes from the center and they took us to the accommodation with an electric car. On the way back they came to pick us up at the appointed time and allowed us to leave the car in the car park even after check out.
