Amazing place! If you need a rest and the friendliest staff ever, you are at the right place. Nice spacious rooms, quiet area, and bicycles from the hotel to go to the beach or downtown make your visit so easy and stress-free. The staff, along with the owner, is something that you rarely find. So polite, so considerate, so friendly, so smiling - it's healing for the soul. For breakfast, they make their own bread, one of the best I have ever tried. I even got the recipe :-). Thank you all for the beautiful 3 days, how short our vacation was. Wish you all the best and see you soon :-).

Kristjan and his team were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The hotel was located a 20 minute stroll from Rovinj town centre and had ample parking just next door. Our room was clean, spacious and airy and had a balcony.
Breakfast was superb each day and the team provided great recommendation for visits across Istria.
Highly recommended - we will be back if we return to Rovinj!

Semplicemente straordinario!!! Le foto non gli rendono assolutamente giustizia. Atmosfera unica, personale gentile efficente ed attentissimo al cliente (Cristian e Petra sono uno spettacolo, sempre col sorriso). La pulizia è impeccabile. la nostra stanza era nuovissima con balconcino, bagno con doccia enorme e vasca come optional nella stanza. Letto comodissimo. La colazione, disponibile fino alle 11:00, superlativa, varia abbondante con i prodotti loro a km 0. La cena (fatta una sola volta) altra esperienza magnifica. Consigliatissimo per un'esperienza di relax allo stato puro nella incantevole Rovigno❤️

Estadia perfeita! Fomos bem recepcionadas por todos os funcionários educados e discretos. Roupa de cama, colchão, travesseiro, chuveiro, café da manhã, tudo muito, bom. Jardim bem cuidado. Muito bem localizada, perto da praia. Dei sugestão para uma garrafa de chá no final da tarde e foi prontamente atendido. Quanta gentileza! Amamos e recomendamos!

Une corbeille de fruits est continuellement laissée à la disposition des visiteurs Une piscine ombragée par des oliviers vous permet de vous reposer de la visite de cette ville très agréable Les chambres sont vastes et la notre donnait sur la piscine Une bonne adresse

Wir waren zu unserem 20ten Hochzeitstag das erste Mal in der Casa Alice. Zimmer Anlage Frühstück Fahrräder usw alles wie beschrieben wirklich sehr gut 👍 - es gibt immer kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten - Gesamt aber Top! Außergewöhnlich aber der Service und die von Herzen kommende Freundlichkeit ! Uns wurde als Überraschung eine Schoko-Torte gebacken und eine Flasche Prosecco auf Zimmer gestellt - die Mädels sind einfach nur goldig😀🙏 Danke

Casa Alice ha superato le aspettative. Accoglienza calorosa di Cristian. Camera ampia con balconcino, bagno( mancano appoggi nella doccia) grande, vasca in camera, aria condizionata. Colazione abbondante con torte fresche ed ottimo cappuccino con servizio super cortese delle due signore. La cena inclusa nella mezza pensione davvero ottima. E Petra super gentile. Piscina rilassante. Parcheggio libero vicino. Comodo per le spiagge( anche a piedi) e per il centro( 20 minuti a piedi).

My husband and I had the most wonder 10 days here. Christian and his staff made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We woke each morning to the most beautiful home cooked breads and cakes and some days we were lucky enough to just sit and chill by the swimming pool. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the old town of Rovinj where there is a good choice of restaurants. It was our first visit to Croatia and Casa Alice but it won’t be our last. We will definitely come back to Casa Alice. The only downside was at the beginning of our stay the weather wasn’t too good, so we sampled Christian’s delicious white wine

This is my second time here and it is superb! Small boteque hotel in the heart of Istrea. I feel at home here but even better! Christian ( the owner) is one of the best humans Ive ever meet! This is one of my sons favorite places in the world! I higjly recomend!
