very good! In the old town, you can choose nearby public parking lots (for a fee) or hotel private parking lots (for a fee). The hotel will have a battery car to pick you up and carry your luggage to the room. This is the best way to allow self-driving friends to check in very conveniently. The service was very good and the hotel was very nice. The staff are very nice! Breakfast was also very good! !

Good customer service they will make you feel welcome. However, the hotel room is more of a design instead of being functional. Stayed for a night and you need to open windows because there is no aircon since its October. You can hear all the noise since it is a small hotel. It is warm and I did not sleep well since I closed the windows.

I was a little disappointed about my experience at Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico. My biggest issue was the horrible 3G internet connection speed. The download speed was 2.7Mbps and upload speed was 1.8Mbps. I could not even forward an email with an attachment at that speed. It would time out on internet connections. There was one server at breakfast. She was clearly overwhelmed taking orders and serving coffee. I asked for a second cup of coffee and gave up after 15 minutes.

What a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff make you feel very welcome They have parking and come get you and your luggage in a cart. The dining area is partitioned in a way, intimate and multi-leveled. I loved the architecture of it. The breakfast is included and was excellent. I felt like we would have done any better going somewhere else. Our dinner there was fantastic! The menu has somewhat limited choices but everything we had was outstanding! Chef Vuckovic should get a star!

Absolutely glorious hotel! From the minute we were greeted by Luca who escorted us to our parking space at the Monestary and whisked us off on the cart down cobbled streets we were transported into the heaven that is Rovinj. Everything we read was correct. This hotel is magical and unique. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, lovely terraces to enjoy the bluest skies. Steps away from the Rava. Marin was able to snatch us a coveted waterside table at La Puntalina at the last minute for which we will be ever grateful. The breakfast was delicious and the service by Tanja was delightful. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Located in the center of Rovinj, this hotel has 16 rooms spread over 2 buildings. We booked a suite that is located in a building approximately 60 meters from the main branch. The suite was very spacious, accessible with its own elevator and decorated in a special modern style. View of the sea side and the street side. Equipped with a sofa, minibar and lovely shower. We reported to reception who guided us to the parking lot in a golf cart (euros 20.00 per day). The employees paid attention to us and did everything they could to please us. There is a choice of special cigars and you can also dine in the main branch. There was also a vegetarian choice, but that was very disappointing. The choice was limited to goat cheese (actually a starter) or zucchini with some fried vegetables. It turned out to be a plate full of sour raw zucchini with 2 pieces of fennel. It was eaten without complaint, but we did not think it was appropriate for a luxurious and hip hotel. Fortunately, the dessert and wine made up for it. Furthermore, the breakfast was excellent and the space in the main branch (with a small courtyard) was also very special.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and also had an amazing meal eating dinner at the restaurant. Their new chef, trained at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, is highly creative and made one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The wild rabbit with polenta was one of my favorites. The attention to detail in the food, was matched with friendly and informed care from our server.

The room was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated and unbelievably clean.
Upon a late arrival, we were picked up at our car, as there is no parking in the town. When we arrived at the hotel at nearly 10pm, we were greeted by a staff member and were seated in their lounge. We were then served a glass of wine and hors d’ oeuvres, and then escorted to our room. Our entire stay was delightful, due to the warm, helpful and friendly staff.
