Facing south so very hot No cleaning done on entering Quilt bed very dirty Cover BZ very dirty Lots of old furniture blocking the circulation. Basin...and bathroom sink rusty! Painting of the balcony to be redone: outdoor furniture must not be used to rec

Apartment well located in relation to shops and beaches. Good exposure, pleasant terrace but too much unnecessary and bulky furniture in the living room Children's room with bunk beds far too small. Lack of storage.
