The room is ok. Good quality bedding. The hotel is quiet. Here are some positives. On the other hand, the staff does not display overflowing enthusiasm in their relationship with customers. It's a real shame, the quality of the service is impaired. The breakfast at 19 euros is far from worth it. Yes for a budget Ibis, no for a 4-star hotel.

Where have the 4 stars gone? Scaled bathtub, no small soap, just a common liquid soap on the wall. Closet plinth peeled off and dirty. Broken toilet tiles. Synthetic and hard pillows. Torn duvet. Hollow mattress in the middle. Stained carpet. Ordinary breakfast, American-style coffee, nothing like espresso. Only the guard in the evening is very nice. The rest of the staff is borderline polite.

Hotel that does not deserve its 4 stars. I came in a group but the bathroom is uncomfortable because of the bathtub which consumes too much water and which had to be repaired..a lousy breakfast: nothing left at 7:30 a.m.!! it's scandalous when we know we had visits to make empty stomach!! The photos on your site are misleading. Is it because there were 60 of us that the welcome was so unfriendly?

In a 4 star hotel the rooms should be controlled but this is not the case, because in the room where I stayed, many malfunctions were to be deplored: broken shutters, window not closing, 1 leg of a broken bedside table, the evacuation water from the sink also HS etc... Also note the absence of a refrigerator and the few coffee essentials (only 3 coffee pods)
