B&B HOME Rueil-Malmaison Gare ★★★★

"It was a big room for a 4 people family. I like it. Thank you for everything."

Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de St. Cloud Hotel ★★★★

"The hotel is about 30 to 40 minutes' drive from the center of Paris. You will pass through the charming Bois de Boulogne and see many people running and cycling. The hotel is close to the country club racecourse, and the environment is very good. The outdoor scenery and the hotel decoration are very stylish. Although the breakfast is the same every day, the variety is quite rich. We booked two adults with a 16-year-old boy. The room is clean, and the toilet and bathroom are two separate rooms. The mattress is soft and very comfortable. One bed with four pillows is enough for two adults and two children."

Ibis Budget Rueil Malmaison ★★

"The manager was unpleasant, he was seriously lacking in professionalism and was mean in front of us but also behind us. The staff were much nicer than him."

Le Relais de La Malmaison, A Member of Radisson IN ★★★★

"Decent hotel, on-site parking."

Hotel des Arts ★★★

"The reception was unpleasant and ******"

Novotel Paris Rueil-Malmaison ★★★★

"We had a very distressing experience during our recent stay at Novotel Paris Rueil-Malmaison. On the night of our arrival, the lock on our hotel room door broke, trapping all of our belongings inside. Despite repeated requests for assistance, the hotel failed to resolve the issue until 4:30 AM. This created a major problem for our family. I had to wait until the middle of the night to change my contact lenses and take my medication, which had been locked in the room. We were traveling with children, and one of them had to be woken up at 6:00 AM to shower and change clothes before our scheduled activities—after an almost sleepless night. We received no meaningful apology or real compensation from the hotel. The night manager told us that a free breakfast and €40 worth of points was “the best they could do.” We ended up canceling all of our plans for the following day because we were simply too exhausted. The staff showed little empathy or urgency throughout the incident. The lack of basic service and care was truly disappointing. The only positive part of this experience was the excellent customer support from Trip.com, who stepped in to help and eventually issued us credits equal to the value of a refund. Unfortunately, the hotel itself failed to take real responsibility."

ibis Rueil-Malmaison Centre ★★★

"A very nice hotel, clean and tidy Staff very friendly and helpful and welcoming The only thing I would notice is if they can be very kind to explain to guests how to use the key to the room ."

OKKO HOTELS Paris Rueil Malmaison ★★★★

"Super hotel with comfortable bed and easy access to Paris by train. The food offered was, however, very below par in terms of choice for the evening meal and scrambled eggs served cold for breakfast. Wod use in future on a room only basis as menu far below the expected level for this standard of hotel."
