房間環境幽雅，清凈，還是很不錯的，衞生方面也還可以，隨意去摸了一下房間的常見位置，還好沒灰，衞生過關，再次就是早餐是能接受的，就是簡餐，吃飽我個人是沒問題的，哈哈，不過我才知道原來特價房價格那麼便宜是因為沒有窗户，失算了，還好我提前問了，在前台就更換了房型，沒窗户我不敢想象，我個人還是偏好有窗户的房間。他們的服務態度也很好，全程都很耐心的接待我，我感覺服務很好，這塊沒得説。地理位置的話，可能要稍偏僻一點，周邊最近的飯店不算多，，超市便利店也有，算小而全吧。不過離機場十幾公里，還算好不算遠，這價格也很實惠划算，絕對物超所值呢~房間裏的設施設備也齊全，值得一説的是他們大廳的百寶箱，感覺有點高檔誒，裏面的一次性消耗物品是免費的，有需要用到的都可以自取，還是很不錯的，哈哈，很滿意

GGuest UserI often come to Rui'an for business trips. When I get off the train, I can see Kaiyuan Mingting Court. It is indeed very close to the train station. I really wanted to try it out, turn left at the station and walk for 5 minutes [Smile] I immediately booked a double bed room, and the lady at the front desk upgraded me to a panoramic double bed room when I checked in. After checking in, the scenery is really good, the view is wide, the service attitude is also very good, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The lady at the front desk said it was a temporary breakfast restaurant. I thought the environment was not good. When I was eating, I saw that the restaurant was okay. It was quite refreshing and had quite a variety of varieties. It was just a temporary restaurant, and I was looking forward to this restaurant very much. The regular breakfast restaurant opens earlier, I believe it will not be bad. I will stay here next time on a business trip. It is especially worth recommending to everyone.

And the windowless room is even more stuffy. I originally wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but it couldn't get colder. I called the front desk and found out that there is no air conditioner. It’s really hot😅It’s so hot and stuffy that I can’t sleep at night. There is still a lot of food in the hotel restaurant in the morning, which is not bad! There are a lot of places to eat around, and it's very convenient to be close to the station.
