掛羊頭賣狗肉！入住的房間樓沒有任何標誌！和名字豪不沾邊！訂標間，給的是親子間：屋內有幾個門關着！身份證和人都要被前台手機拍照！154一晚無早點。衞生間各處水都是混沌的；早上水温還不夠。住一晚上就離開瑞麗啦！不想去了！

不太推薦，開了兩間房。90平套間是酒店後面的居民樓改成的，二樓地毯和沙發都太舊了污漬明顯，三樓要好的多。離口岸和到彩雲城吃飯還是很近

#好評#對位置，交通方便程度，梳洗用品，房間佈局滿意；#負評#對隔音失望；位置很好找到，房间类型和价格都对我胃口，环境非常不错，但是隔音稍微有点差，我订的是带浴缸的房间，可是！可是！放水的时间非常的长，差不多都是半小时左右才出来温水，勉强能洗的程度，下午放了一遍晚上也放了依旧是温水！跳进浴缸仿佛在冰冷的海洋跳舞，有泡澡需求的慎重，其他环境和服务都非常不错，实物比图片还宽敞！可惜就是败在了水温这方面。

可能是因為疫情，沒什麼人住，衞生也就不那麼嚴謹了。價格倒是優惠，但衞生真是無語，馬桶裏黃漬斑斑，自來水放出來的都是發黃的，説熱水是天然地温温泉，要多放兩分鐘才熱，可我已經放了近二十分鐘都不感覺熱。浴缸裏還有頭髮，雖然我不用浴缸，但看的蠻糟心的。唉，要不停業整頓，要不好好經營。
