該酒店為汝南縣招待所，規模挺大，有客房和餐廳以及停車場，客房分等級，1號樓3號樓沒有電梯價格絕低於有電梯的主樓2高樓，房間挺大的，床品很舒服，衹是年代久了比較陳舊，餐廳主要用來接待會議和婚宴，早餐還不錯，有河南地道的糊辣湯。因價格便宜特別適合自駕的普通經濟人羣。國慶假期期間，我訂的108帶早餐的標間，前台主動給升級到2號樓，説是旅途勞頓，住電梯的房間要方便一些。感謝熱情關懷，下次有機會還會選擇天中山賓館。唯一欠缺的是客房沒有免費礦泉水。
