This stay at the Ji Hotel far exceeded my expectations—a perfect score! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn in by the subtle aroma of tea and the elegant Eastern aesthetic design, instantly relieving the fatigue of my journey. The room was designed simply yet warmly, with natural wood tones that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bedding deserves special praise; it was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Every detail was meticulously crafted: a clean bathroom with separate wet and dry areas, high-quality toiletries, and the convenience of smart room controls—all demonstrating the hotel's attention to detail. The staff service was also exceptional. From the front desk to room service, everyone was courteous and responsive. The city center location is incredibly convenient, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. Ji Hotel truly provides travelers with a tranquil and high-quality retreat amidst the bustling city—I would definitely choose it again!

The hotel entrance was on a side road without any sign; I had to ask after getting off the bus to find it. The room I checked into smelled of cooking fumes, so I asked the staff to change it. The room facilities were basic; the window was small, and the toilet and shower were separated into two small, cramped rooms, not up to the standard of a deluxe king room. The hairdryer was difficult to use and made me dizzy. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection, and some of the sweet potatoes were spoiled and steamed for guests. Most amusingly, the freshly ground coffee didn't have bagged sugar. When I asked a staff member, they said they were out and I had to go to the lobby to get it. After waiting a long time, a staff member finally came up (the restaurant is on the 10th floor), without mentioning the sugar. When I asked again, she told me she was out of sugar downstairs, which was quite frustrating. Such a large hotel couldn't even provide coffee creamer. The surrounding area lacked amenities, with construction underway. In conclusion, given the limited amenities and the fact that it was late October/early November (off-season), the hotel's pricing was unreasonable.
