"酒店大門在一側小路上，沒有提示，下車到酒店問了才知道。進了入住的房間油煙味，讓服務員又換了一間。房內設施一般，窗户很小，衞生間和淋浴室從一個門口，分隔為兩間，都很窄小，不具備豪華大床房的水準。吹風機很難用，吹的人頭暈。自助早餐品種單一，紅薯有些壞了還給客人蒸着吃。最有意思的是現磨咖啡沒有袋裝砂糖，找服務員要説沒有了，要到大堂去拿，等了好久服務員才上來（餐廳在10層上），沒提拿砂糖的事兒，問她時告訴我説，樓下我沒有了，弄的人很無語，偌大的酒店，連咖啡伴侶都不齊備。酒店周邊配套不齊全，有正在施工的建築。事實證明，這種配套環境和10月底11月初（淡季）的季節，酒店的收費標準不夠合理。"

GGuest UserThis time I took my parents to choose a family suite. The room was clean and warm, with two large beds, which perfectly met the needs of a family. Parents with cleanliness are particularly satisfied with this stay. Butler Xiao Sun is warm and meticulous. Even if we need to leave early due to changes in the itinerary, Xiao Sun is patiently guiding the order to modify the order throughout the process. This stay was perfect and it was really warm like returning home. Five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly kind. The hotel is pet-friendly, so even your furry friends can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Rushan. The rooms are clean, and the location is excellent. There's a large parking area right outside the hotel, which is very reassuring. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. I've been to Rushan for three consecutive years, and I never tire of going to the Gongjiazhuang Farmers' Market or the market. I absolutely love Rushan.

LLeleYYThe service was very warm, and the door was greeted actively. Before leaving, I said that I would welcome to stay again. I wanted a quiet room and gave it to the innermost room, but I was awakened in the early morning. I could clearly hear the sound of the next door. The house is not soundproof, but this price, the price is not bad.

QQingqingdao-東方酒店是乳山老牌酒店了，這二十來年出差乳山基本都住這裏。老的員工基本都認識了，待人比較親切熱情。近幾年來，周邊的國際酒店也翻新了部分房間，環境也好了，新的全季等酒店也開了，衹有東方一直不改善。房間比較老，廁所牆皮東一塊西一塊的脱落，捲紙雖然兩卷，永遠薄薄的一層。紙巾盒是一動就底部脱落款式，非常不方便。以前碰到的任何人員都主動打招呼，現在的人員除了前台的老員工外，其餘都死氣沉沉的！早餐入口的工作人員全程玩手機，沒啥迎賓可説，對了餐票是最主要的工作。早餐在三樓，餐票寫三樓，電梯寫四樓，沒有管的。

GGuest UserI like it very much. The room is very large and very comfortable. It is really wise to choose this hotel for this trip! The check-in at the front desk was very fast, the staff was warm and caring, and also helped recommend the surrounding food.
The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet was a plus. The view outside the window is wide and you can see the beautiful view of the city.
Hotel location is excellent, travel is super convenient. Cost-effective, stay here next time!
