Then I asked the front desk what to do with the elderly. The front desk said there was no way, and then said to see if there was any solution. Then the front desk never responded to us or called back. I have a bad waist, so I can only move the mattress myself and lay it on the bed frame below. The mattress is abnormally soft, and the whole person is sinking into it. The service is also very poor, and no solution is provided. I don't know if this can be considered a chain five-star hotel, bad review!

Basically, I stayed here for one night. It is in the terminal, so it is very convenient. There are many maintenance teams staying here. Convenience is the main feature of this hotel. There is a bar or coffee bar downstairs. It closes at 12 o'clock in the evening. There is always background music. So you can't be too demanding on sleep.
