"The property is very conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, making it an excellent choice for red-eye arrivals or early morning departures. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to rest before or after a flight. On the downside, the room was quite cold, and there didn’t seem to be an obvious way to adjust the temperature, which affected overall comfort."

"This hotel is located on the first floor of the North Terminal. The environment is clean and tidy, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. It's super convenient for catching flights, as you can check in directly without even leaving the terminal. The breakfast is also pretty good."

"The hotel needs some cleaning and renovation in the rooms, but the receptionist is very nice. I felt very well received. I recommend it if you need it in case of an emergency one or two nights."

"Room was extremely hot , couldn’t sleep , a/C was on and alleged at its lowest temp, but not really anything but a shallow cough coming out of the vent. Quite expensive too plus the restraints expensive for what you get. But the price you pay for being literally in the airport . Plus if you get dropped off there’s a £10 charge ..so all In all cost my £255 for room drop off food and drink for one night. Probably won’t stay the ere again due to high cost"

"Very well situated near Gatwick airway with shuttles running every 15 minutes directly from the hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and clean with comfortable beds. We had breakfast included in the price and it was very good, although general costs of the restaurant are a bit high (London prices!)"

"The location is very nearby Gatwick Airport. Shuttle bus services are available, you may pay for a round trip fee when boarding the bus. Please do not throw away your shuttle bus receipt, the QR Code on it will be required for the next time. Breakfast and dinner are served, especially dinner until 10 pm. Bar is 24/7. The standard room is big, however the curtain for shower is somehow humid, and soundproof is not in good condition. All in all it is a good choice nearby the airport!"

"The room is very big and beautiful! The hotel is a bit difficult to find but it is worth staying. The garden is very beautiful and you can eat or drink in the garden. The house is very historical. We lived in another separate house room next to the main building with a small garden."

"Check-in was very simple with well detailed instructions. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Grounds and the rest of the house are well maintained and cleaned and make for great communal spaces. Very convenient for the airport and a great pub less than 5 minutes walk away!"

"Room was in a difffent building to one pictured on website, no one helped with my bags, building smelt of ****, super thin walls to the point where I could hear someone else snoring. definitely a reason why it’s so cheap."

"Wonderful place! We really loved our time here, even though it was only for a day! If we didn't have a flight to catch, we would have extended our stay. The house is in an excellent location, beautiful area, easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and cafes. Very close to the airport, which made taking our flight the next day an easy and stress free process. The Lawn has an interesting history, and they provide a lovely folder in the room which explains it all, while also including any information your might need for your stay. The room itself is cosy, clean, and full of charming touches. Breakfast the next day was also a treat. Quasim and his wife are so friendly and made sure our stay was as nice as possible."
