"The location is very nearby Gatwick Airport. Shuttle bus services are available, you may pay for a round trip fee when boarding the bus. Please do not throw away your shuttle bus receipt, the QR Code on it will be required for the next time. Breakfast and dinner are served, especially dinner until 10 pm. Bar is 24/7. The standard room is big, however the curtain for shower is somehow humid, and soundproof is not in good condition. All in all it is a good choice nearby the airport!"

"This hotel is located on the first floor of the North Terminal. The environment is clean and tidy, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. It's super convenient for catching flights, as you can check in directly without even leaving the terminal. The breakfast is also pretty good."

"The hotel needs some cleaning and renovation in the rooms, but the receptionist is very nice. I felt very well received. I recommend it if you need it in case of an emergency one or two nights."

"Excellent location, only 6 minutes from Gatwick. On bus route. Accommodation is ideal for an overnight stay. Comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities 5 minute walk to Horley town where you can find lots of shops, food outlets etc.. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend, will return if flying from Gatwick again."

"Check-in was very simple with well detailed instructions. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Grounds and the rest of the house are well maintained and cleaned and make for great communal spaces. Very convenient for the airport and a great pub less than 5 minutes walk away!"

"Pros: The location is unbeatable. It's a 3-minute walk to the North Terminal via a skybridge, completely indoors, which is incredibly convenient for early morning flights. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Cons: The room decor felt a bit dated. The breakfast selection was very limited. The coffee tasted like dishwater – I honestly can't believe I had the worst coffee of my entire UK trip on my last morning here."

"Brilliant location, only 5 minutes by bus from/to Gatwick Airport with a bus stop located outside the Guest House. My flight arrived after midnight, but after calling them 24 hours in advance, letting them know they left my room keys in a safe place. Very well informed of how to get there. It's a family run business, and they do care about their customers! Opted in for a continental breakfast, and I was also offered a homemade cake for free! The place does show its signs of age and will definitely benefit from having a renovation. But otherwise, everything else was fantastic!"

"Great manor-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar taste good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The parking is convenient and free. Originally, it was a noble manor, with a large private territory and beautiful surroundings."

"This hotel offered a nice, but small, bedroom. As an airport hotel, it looks the part on entry: take note of the mirror at the reception, decorated around the frame with lots of badges from abroad. I was surprised to see that the Saffron Grill Bar offers multiple food options, not just Indian cuisine that the name suggests, although I chose Indian food as I can’t say no to it. Drinks were a little on the pricey side, but on the plus side, they were typical of Indian cuisine (they had 1 draft beer, Kingfisher, the rest of the drinks were bottled or were spirits). My only complaint was the shower. I was not staying for long, but when I did use the shower, I found that the hot water was not very hot, even when the temperature was set to its hottest."

"Unfortunately the hotels aircon was set to heat and not cool we were told all the rooms was the same and this couldn't be changed its strange as theres already heaters in the rooms. Our toilet was dirty as the inner rim of the bowl looked like it has never been cleaned."
