Aquabelle Apartments

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a couple of days or a week stay. Very easy to follow instructions to find the studio and to enter the secure premises. The owners are easy to reach by phone if needed. It is very close to the beach pier, many cafes/casual restaurants and Woolworths. The bed in #7 is comfortable with great cooling/heating throughout. Nespresso coffee pod machine to use with ample pods for a couple of days. Full size fridge and washing machine. The parking underneath is quite small but could still fit a large 4wd. There is extra parking outside the gates which is unrestricted (except over summer months until the end of April) The outside of the building is nothing flash but the inside was perfect for our stay.

This was a perfect location to explore the Mornington. Stunning apartment Aquabelle 4 and Donna was a delight to deal with. Highly recommended.

Loved the place, everything you would need: amenities, comfort, modern design, spacious with a nice balcony view over Rye beach, good location as well, easy drive to Point Nepean National park or Cape Schanck, close to Woolworths and some restaurants. Seamless check-in & check-out. Great host, easy to reach and was very helpful responding to my wife’s extra request, thank you :-) Highly recommended place to stay.

Recently travelled to Rye on the Mornington Peninsula and enjoyed a short stay at the Aquabelle apartments located in the main street. The apartment had plenty of light, a balcony and all the facilities needed for a short or extended stay. The location is perfect the calm waters of the bay are across the road and it is only a short drive to enjoy the ocean at the Rye back beach. Rye has a great range of eateries from pubs, clubs, fine dining and cafes. My family have stayed at Aquabelle for a few years now over the Christmas period. We stayed at Apartment 3 most recently between 26 Dec 23 and 4 Jan 24. I can’t fault the apartment, it has everything you could possibly need. The weather was pretty average on this occasion, but we all still had a wonderful, relaxing time. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable so it’s not an issue spending more time than normal indoors. There were also plenty of books, board games and puzzles provided in the apartment which got plenty of use! The location is right in the middle of the main area in Rye, and everything is in close walking distance. No need to use the car at all! There is literally nothing more relaxing than sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, I feel instantly at peace. We will be certainly be visiting again and again :)

Donna has been an amazing host. Very clear instruction, quick reply and very accommodating. The place is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed. The position is perfect as looking directly the beach, in the middle of the shops. Private secure carpark at the back are very spacious. If I could give 10 stars I would! The place is extremely spacious, higher ceilings than usual, extremely well designed architecturally. The colour schemes are perfect. And of course the choice or furniture, artwork, light fittings are timeless and very stylish. Attention to every little detail has been thought out. The bed is very comfortable and pillows are luxurious too. It has a huge balcony to sit outside. I would highly recommend this place.

A very nice, clean apartment, with all we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The couches not so great...hard to get comfy & a bit low to get out of easily. But overall a great location and met our needs to visit the Hot Springs

Our second stay in this lovely seaside apartment did not disappoint! We love the view overlooking the bay, and the apartment’s proximity to Australia’s best golf courses. Thanks to Donna for looking after our favourite apartment!
