A very friendly place. Great hotel with great service. Especially thanks to David who was very helpful and friendly. The whole staff was really nice. The food delicious and fresh. A hotel worth recommending.

Loved the hotel and pools. Breakfast buffet was really good. Water in pools was not heated so at times really cold in april. There is also a small indoor pool which is really nice.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, welches ideal für Familien ist. Wer ein ruhiges Hotel sucht, sollte also akzeptieren das im Speisesaal oder in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kinderpool die Lautstärke höher ist. Ansonsten gibt es ruhigere Poolanlagen bzw. das Restaurant sollte dann nicht zu den Stoßzeiten besucht werden.

Man wurde unfreundlich empfangen und hat unzureichende Informationen beim Check In erhalten. Ich hatte das Gefühl das die Mitarbeiter keinen Lust auf den Tourismus hat. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mir sogar mein Essen weggenommen nur weil ich falsch saß. Absolute Frechheit habe ich noch nie erlebt so übergriffig

Loverly holiday. Great complex, fab location. My only worry is that the mattress was too small forvthe cot, had I not noticed, this could prove fatal.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to everybody. Super clean, spacious rooms, great beds, good buffets. The indoor pool is a great add on when the weather is chilly. We stayed in the one bedroom apartments which we loved. The beach is across the road, there is a long promenade and all is clean and lovely. Friendly staff.

Your staff at the reception of your hotel gave us brochures about the hotel and said, "Everything is written in these documents, I will not tell you all about it." She wanted to put the hotel's half board wristband on the 4-year-old child. I didn't want it because my child had skin problems. She said let's ask the child, maybe he would like it. I said, "What a rude person you are." When I asked if I could ask her name, he went to the back room and never came out again. A manager has just came behind her. She said why do you want her name? I said my family is waiting, my luggage is waiting, but there are no support. "We are few people, we are trying to catch up," She said.
