"We have returned from a 4 day break for a birthday celebration, 3 adults and 5 year old. The hotel is very clean and spacious with everything we needed, we had a kitchenette area staying in a one bed apartment. staff are not only friendly but incredibly helpful and kind. The pools are super for children and adults. The location is good with the beach a 5 minute walk and plenty of restaurants and shops on the door step. We stayed B&B breakfast was great. Would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay."

"Spacious rooms. The food is basic. Definitely not all-inclusive. The promised snacks weren't there. Only breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The drinks selection is limited, the entertainment is very mediocre, and the noise is so loud it drowns out everything and everyone, completely ruining the atmosphere. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The town center is a 20-minute walk. All in all, you don't get what you expect."

"This hotel is in a great location a very short walk from the beach. The rooms are spotless, roomy and well equipped. The food in both the pool bar and the restaurant was simply fantastic. The only thing that topped the food was the staff, from the reception, the cleaner, bar staff to the waiters, they were all friendly and super efficient."

"We are just about to leave after a fantastic week at this hotel, and we’ve had an amazing time. The rooms are clean, the food caters for everyone, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and can’t do enough to help. The pools are clean the water park is fantastic, and the entertainment has been great throughout our stay. There’s also a complimentary shuttle bus to the beach every 15 minutes, which is really convenient. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending this hotel to all our family and friends. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable!"

"We stopped in this hotel before in 2023, the hotel is great for families and has everything from a splash park to mini golf and a small boating lake ,it has around about 5 pools of various sizes . The hotel is also good for it's restaurants as it has a few to choose from .unfortunately this time we experienced a few power cuts which reset the Aircon and set it to 26 ° so if you hadn't realised the power had gone off the room got really warm , the Aircon is preset to 21° and you can not lower it . The all inclusive package doesn't include bottles water but does have water fountains around the pool but the water comes out warm , it would be nice to have bottled water available in chest fridges so that you can help yourself during the day . Apart from these minor issues the hotel offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay ."

"I’m not a frequent visitor to Spain or the all-inclusive thing, my usual destination is Greece. My first good surprise was the sofa bed had real mattresses, not the thin ones of days gone by. The hotel was very clean and house keeping staff were always freindly. The food was very good, excellent selection for most tastes and a children’s area so they could serve themselves. Food service staff worked hard and were very kind to the kids, also waiter service for drinks which was really good, this was probably the highlight of the holiday, The pool area was great, obviously the usual muppets who reserve sunbeds by the pool and never appear to use them, but plenty of free sunbeds around the outer areas, we could always find four together, the children’s slides were great, not too busy, and never had to wait more than five minutes for a drink or snack from the pool bar which also had lovely helpful staff. Our granddaughter made lots of freinds and had a fabulous time. There was a nice kids club but often closed, to be honest the kids disco and activities panned by the annimation team were not great, they appeared to be pretty inexperienced and not great English speakers, but we were in Spain, so did we did our own thing. The visiting entertainers were very good, there was a fab Mowtown group, and Mr. Carrot, Freddie Mercury and the Parrot Show, were much better than expected. The hotel location was excellent for a family holiday. Being reasonably bright I thought I had sussed out the complex mini train timetable, but having planned our journey we spent 2 hours being bumped around the less picturesque parts of the area, it’s more for transport than sightseeing, so not a great experience. Overall a great hotel with lovely staff, but the kids entertainment could be better."

"We recently stayed for a week as a family. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, can’t complain. We did all inclusive one of the days which was good. The grounds and hotel itself it’s nice and clean. The pools games the children loved. We stayed for he entertainment one evening which was enjoyable. Staff all helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was on check out, I asked to use a shower prior to our flight home, which was on the evening. I was told we can use the spa facilities. We headed down and the whole place was absolutely wet through, there were not one single room dry to enable us to get dressed, also no towels (which I would have thought was a given) it was also absolutely red hot down there. Just generally very uncomfortable. I think maybe offering a room would be better, which is what we have been provided in other hotels."

"The hotel is based at the nice location, modern,clean and spacy. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend if it wasn't for loud entertainment all the time. I'm half way through my stay and already exhausted. Banging loud microphone screaming entertainers every evening until 11 pm, unable to hold a conversation even at the balcony's apartment, unable to watch a movie indoors with the apartment balcony doors closed, unable to read a book. Non stop music at the pool, loud also, can't even get a nap at the hotel room during the day. If I wanted to go to Ibiza or Magaluf to party hard with no sleep I would. Management please take note! Volume adjustment and letting people relax at your hotel should be you priority, not overwhelming your guests with loud noise at all times. I would not return here only because of that! Otherwise I would recommend it!"

"CM Mallorca Palace is a fantastic hotel and definitely worthy of 5 stars. The location is great, a few minutes from the beach and local shops. All staff are friendly and helpful and the food really good quality. The hotel is so clean and the entertainment in the evening excellent. There are also exercise classes you can take part in and I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics. Really enthusiastic staff. We had a ground floor room which looked out to the pool and the room was lovely. The local bus service is excellent and the bus stop directly outside the hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again."

"Unfortunately, we look back very disappointed on our stay at this resort. While the staff appeared friendly, the overall experience fell far below the expectations we had for an all-inclusive holiday. The apartments are very outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The beds in particular were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which resulted in a poor night's sleep. In addition, the food was very disappointing. The buffet was often lukewarm or cold and lacked both flavor and variety. For an all-inclusive resort, we expected a much higher standard of quality. When we raised our concerns with management, the only solution offered was a different mattress. No further effort, understanding, or compensation was provided, which we found very disappointing from a customer service perspective. Considering the overall price-quality ratio, we would not recommend this resort."
