My recent winter visit to this hotel was a wonderful experience. Excellent service. High quality food. Friendly staff. Room was modern and comfortable. Lots of good facilities including a large swimming pool. Short walking distance to the ski lifts.

This was our 9th visit. The management and staff at the hotel are fantastic. The hotel constantly strives to extend and enhance the guest experience and the improvements to the lounge areas and the state of the art ski room this year are most impressive. The food and drinks are always good quality and presentation is excellent. The spa facilities are extensive and were never overcrowded. We are looking forward to visiting in the summer and are sure that the experience will be just as good as our usual skiing break. This is an excellent hotel and is great for both skiers and non skiers alike as there is so much to do ( or not if you just want to relax in the spa). Thank you to all of the team and keep up the good work.

The hotel did everything to make a single guest special! Amazing facilities, big and spotless rooms, professional yet amicable staff, the owner hands-on and present all the time!!! The best ski-locker room I ever seen and great spa and swimming pools centre. Could not ask for more, will definitely be back!

GREAT LOCATION AND SWIMMING POOL. BIG AND VERY CLEAN ROOMS. STAFF AND PERSONEL ALWAYS FRIENDLY AN READY TO HELP YOU. DINER IS FANTASTIC. BEST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. THE JOKER CARD INCLUDED SO YOU HAVE FREE USE OF THE CABLE LIFTS. SUPER COCKTAILS MADE BY THE BARTENDERS. WE KEEP GOING BACK.

The hotel is excellent, the service is dreamy, the entire staff is professional and only wants to give and give The spa is at a very high level, the ski room is new and it is obvious that they only thought about the comfort of the guests. There is no hotel at this level.

A great location, good food and great facilities, so all enabled a very nice skiing break. The pool is fantastic and a good place to unwind and loosen up after a days skiing. 5 mins gentle walk to the lifts and 2 mins from the shops. A great, new airy locker room too which makes it easy to get ready for the slopes.

This hotel is amazing for many reasons. The service from all staff was exceptional, especially Alan who was our waiter, the receptionist and cleaner. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is warming, relaxing and cozy. We were a group and staff made an effort we all sat together, even though we didn’t give hotel advance notice of this. The spa is brilliant, and one of the best we have been to. Swimming pool is large enough for a good swim. The food was delicious at every part of the day, and lots to choose from. It would have been nice if there were some more hot vegetables at dinner, but that’s my only negative. We loved it so much, within a week of being home we booked again, and have encouraged lots of friends and family to join us for 2025.

This is the 4. time coming to this great place. Super cozy and great staff. The food is excellence, the rooms are big and clean with balconies and great views. Perfect for families and kids. The pool and spa area are the best place to start the day. We Will come back again.

Superb Hotel, stay here twice in last 2 years. Best hotel by far, staff, food, location, health spa and pool are very very good. We took the all inclusive package as a 3 couple package and it was well worth the money. We aim to be back in 2025 for our 3rd visit!
