Excellent Hôtel. Les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. La carte des vins est très compétente. Mention particulière au maitre d’hôtel qui est vraiment très bien.

Lovely hotel! Beautiful views, very charming room, delicious breakfast included, pool and sauna were incredible. Superb facility. 10/10 building. Could have stayed a lot longer. Will be back!

Nous avons séjourné en chambre familiale, les enfants ont adoré les lits en mezzanine, la piscine et la place de jeux (sans parler du bar à bonbons). Il y avait quelques autres familles et pas mal de couples, l'ambiance est calme et agréable. La vue magnifique, le personnel sympathique et serviable et le petit déjeuner très copieux. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless, spacious, woody, with clean lines, wood floors, nice bathroom, with terraces and beautiful views. it was somewhat disappointing that no body lotion or conditioner were provided, despite request.
The spa was great, beautiful sauna, with massaging jet pools but no bathrobes and slippers were provided to access it. Towels only.
The staff was pleasant but not helpful in that they did not have answers to any of our requests (such as hikes in the region) or effective (not able to provide body lotion, or bathrobes or communicate our disappoin**ent to the manager).
The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast, for food, vibe, service and setting.
Overall, nice hotel but missed opportunities.

Had a very relaxing time in this lovely hotel. The room was south facing with a nice balcony and views across to the mountains. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the staff all looked after us very well. Would love to return but fear the distance from Australia will not allow us to do it as often as we would like

Gutes, geräumiges Zimmer mit "Auslauf" in den Garten. Sehr zweckmässig und immer sauber. Früstückbuffet umfangreich mit sinnvoller Auswahl. Gute Karte für Abendessen, gute Küche. Bierauswahl, die nach einem heissen Tag den Absacker fast obligatorisch macht. Sehr freundliches, humorvolles Personal von Chef/in über Servicepersonal bis zur Zimmerpflege. Gute Tipps bei schlechtem Wetter und in anderen Fällen. Deshalb war ich schon x-Mal hier.

Bel hôtel très bien décoré et raffiné, propre et offrant un petit déjeuner au top! Tout s'est bien passé hormis des difficultés à recharger mon véhicule électrique au parking en-dessous. Il y a plein de bornes de recharge mais aussi plein de véhicules non électriques garés devant et j'ai dû prendre la borne que j'ai trouvée. Malheureusement, la première n'a pas fonctionné et il n'y a pas de hotline et à l'accueil de l'hôtel, ils ne peuvent pas aider non plus. J'ai plus tard dans la nuit pu trouver une autre borne de libre et ça a fonctionné. À noter qu'il s'agit de recharges triphasée en 32 A, ce qui est bon à savoir (écrit nulle part) car il faut payer un temps de charge à l'avance et non une énergie.
