Check in hat super geklappt allerdings empfanden wir die Mitarbeiter eher nicht so freundlich. Zimmer sind okay, wir hatten einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer aber keine Tassen. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht die Beste. Für ein paar Tage okay aber es geht sicherlich besser….

als erstes, der Parkplatz ist nicht gratis, es wurden beim Empfang 3 € kassiert,
die Zimmer waren arg kühl, die Heizug schaffte es nicht ein angenehmes Klima zu erreichen, man wollte das Zimmer tauschen, muste aber feststellen, das es in dem anderen Zimmer auch nicht wärmer wird,
Restaurant ist am Wochenende geschlossen, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

C'était la troisième fois en 5 ans que nous avons profité de cet hôtel pour faire une halte à l'aller ou au retour de voyage. Contrairement à nos deux visites précédentes, je n'avais pas réservé via All (Accor) parce que nous hésitions encore entre la route d'une traite et la halte. Nous sommes donc arrivés vers 20h et avons été admirablement pris en charge par Madame Gries qui a tout fait pour trouver la meilleure solution pour nous (alors que l'hôtel accueillait déjà un groupe important et que les chambres étaient limitées). Je tiens particulièrement à la remercier pour son amabilité et son professionnalisme (ca fait du bien si on a roulé depuis presque 10 heures et que les enfants sont fatigués). Je parle couramment l'Allemand, mais elle a immédiatement switché en Français quand elle a constaté que le reste de la famille était francophone. La chambre était très correcte. La relation qualité/prix est très bonne et j'ai déjà séjourné dans des Mercure ou l'état des chambres étaient largement inférieur... Ici - je ne peux bien évidemment parler que de notre chambre - le sol et le mobilier étaient impeccables et tout était propre. Le lit (tout comme le lit d'appoint) était très bien. Nous avons pris un repas au bar (très bon et à un prix tout à fait raisonnable) et un très bon petit déjeuner. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr si nous avons besoin de faire une halte dans le coin...

Cet hôtel est situé à proximité de la frontière avec la France. Le parking est accessible librement, il n’y a pas de barrière et pourtant le réceptionniste nous a facturé 3 euros par 24h pour la voiture. Les chambres sont anciennes et mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Le personnel est froid et peu souriant. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

I've booked this hotel for two weeks. If I knew what conditions are here I wouldn't book it even for one night. The smell of dust and old carpet is disgusting. You can not sleep due to the the noise form corridor and from neighbours, the doors are so old and the walls are so thin. You wake up several times a night because of the unbearable noise. Is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff can't do nothing about that as the hotel is extremely old and not renovated at all.

This was our 5th night in Europe and the receptionist was the most unfriendly out of all. Check out was a lot friendlier.

Das Hotel ist schon renovierungsbedürftig. Parkplätze sind gut, Lobby usw. gut. Außenbereich gut, kleiner Pool im Garten. Die Stühle im Außenbereich sind Rattan- viele kaputt an den Armlehnen. Restaurant hat nur an bestimmten Tagen offen. Vorher erkundigen ist wichtig. Die Speisekarte ist ok, Essen auch ok- nicht hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform. Aufbackbrötchen, täglich das gleiche Wurst- und Käseangebot. Je nachdem wer die Rühreier morgens macht so sind sie. Mal fluffig mal in Öl ertränkt. Zimmer - jedenfalls in dem ich war: nicht unbedingt sauber. Unter den Nachttischen Staubfäden, Möbel relativ alt, Waschbecken aus Stein - total vergilbt. Matratze relativ durchgelegen- man merkt die Federn. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Wunsch. Das ist ok und klappt auch. Alles in allem ein OK aber viel Luft nach oben. Ich war eine Woche also 5 Nächte da. Das Hotel hat 3 Sterne und mehr kann ich leider auch nicht vergeben
