酒店式公寓，房間不大，裝修設施比較舊，隔音不太好，房間衞生不是每天搞，需要時可告訴服務員。但位置很好，在市中心，到附近餐廳、超市、景點都很方便。有小廚房和廚具餐具，適合不想餐餐出去吃飯、可在公寓做飯的住客。性價比還可以哦。

The location is very good and great food near. Take a break at the Cafe is so relaxing. Shopping around much more you can find. Near the Max - Ophüls - Platz and park, you can take a nice journey.

房間乾淨整潔，距離市中心很近，步行5分鐘到地鐵站，街對面就是一家泰國餐廳。要去超市可以出門左轉直行，穿過步行區到Karstadt 購物中心，底樓有Aldi超市。唯一不好的是晚上6點多就有很大聲音樂直到9點過，凌晨1點很多人回來走道吵雜的聲音。

Wir würden die Unterkunft mit neutral bewerten: Preis sehr günstig, aber es ist schon etwas run-down. Vor allem Flur und Eingangsbereich ist nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Bett Ok, Bad ok aber nicht tip-top sauber. You get what you pay for... Deshalb ist es ok für eine Nacht aber länger würde ich mir persönlich etwas anderes suchen.

Very good communication from the agent/owner, easy to find and good location. Downside was the lack of air-conditioner and it was a bit warm during the night, as the apar**ent is on the top flor. It is ok for a nights stay as we needed.
