Staffs are kind and good at English so I didn't have any difficulty of communication. I recommend to buy a spa included ticket and enjoy the Finnish sauna. For the foods, you have to pay for the dinner buffet but the quality is really good. It was worth every penny. There was nothing inconvenient at all. If I had to pick one, there were no amenities in the bathroom only except soap.

I was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good. The hotel is large and lively, and the room environment is good. Buses from Rovaniemi and the airport stop at this hotel, so transportation is convenient. It is a 15-minute walk from the surrounding ski areas.

I lived for a week. It's a room at the end, so the Wi-Fi didn't work well. The water pressure was good and it was nice to have a microwave that could be used for common use. It was a bit inconvenient because I could use it with a key rather than a card key, maybe because it was a bit old room. There is a mart nearby and a bus stop right there, so it was convenient. I recommend it

エコノミークラスの部屋に泊まるとフロントから部屋までがすごい遠いです。部屋の暖房もつけ方が分からず部屋が寒かったです、、 朝食のバイキングは種類が豊富で美味しかったです！ バス停は目の前にありスーパーまでも徒歩10分ほどと便利が良かったです！
