I had high expectations but the problems I encountered when I arrived made me disappointed. After I arrived on the first day, I put down my luggage and went to walk around. When I got to the back of the main building, I was stopped by three men wearing white shirts and refused to let me go. It was said that important people were arriving, but as far as I know the hotel is open to the public, and I didn't see any hierarchical security measures. Several people with work badges spoke in a bad manner and put my crutches on the other side. , It’s so annoying. It is said that guests can get a 10% discount when eating in the hotel restaurant at noon. However, after we arrived, the front desk informed us that the room was not clean yet and asked us to go get the room card after the meal. As a result, they communicated before eating. When I got a good discount, I refused to say that I must see the room card at checkout, and I only agreed to the discount after repeated communication. This is the first time I have encountered this in so many years of traveling.

The hotel has convenient transportation and a very good environment, just inside the east gate of the park. The sanitation is also clean, and the bath water is better. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and the price/performance ratio of 30 yuan is good. The restaurant service and dishes in the hotel are well done. There are many kinds of morning tea, and the locals like it very much.

The lake view room in Wanghu Building is very beautiful, right on the lake, the beautiful view of the West Lake is outside the window, there is a small balcony, sitting on the balcony and watching the West Lake, life is beautiful, the hotel room is clean, but the bathroom smells a bit bad at night Well, I don't think there's anything you can do, just close the door. The facilities are also ok, and each room has Wi-Fi. Internet is very convenient, in short not bad. I don't understand why the room fee was deducted the day before I checked in from the room I booked on Ctrip.

酒店不大，裝修雅緻，就在西湖入口，去西湖相當方便，近乎是市委市府的招待所，每天都有政府客人到酒店去西湖，估計是政府接待辦的人都在那裡轉，不過用於接待的小島就閑人免進了，由保安大叔嚴厲把守，看着相當安全，餐廳服務禮貌周到，出品還可以，畢竟是政府接待客人的地方，入住體驗不錯，圖片是從酒店外西湖邊上照的。

惠州賓館環境優雅，衞生乾淨整潔，和惠州西湖是鄰居，走幾步就到了。稍微弄不懂的是還收按金。

這個價位裏體驗最差的一次 1）枕頭有頭油味 2）上個世紀國營式的服務態度 3）外部挺車距離窗僅1米 不值這個價錢，白瞎這麼好個位置

酒店就在西湖東門口，周邊景點集中，方便出行。希望房間設施可以提升，畢竟掛了四星。

地理位置不錯就在西湖景區遊西湖太方便了，去合江樓水東街也很近穿過馬路斜對面的步行街不遠過橋就到了。酒店夠不上標準四星看價格就不要太計較了。早餐無法下嚥就去中餐廳喝早茶（早茶品質也很一般），交了早餐錢沒吃酒店也不給退，看在這點錢也不可能吃到高檔早餐，算了不要了！中餐廳廚師的廚藝參差不齊，菠蘿蝦球做的不錯，其它三個菜估計是學徒工做的。總結，除了位置好以外其它的看在價格上就不要要求太高了！

房間雖然小一點，但房間衞生乾淨，沒有異味，帶着孩子出行衞生最重要。市中心出行方便。西湖邊上，風景優美。

酒店的位置非常好，就在西湖大門的旁邊，早晨出去跑步非常不錯，房間有點小，設施有點老舊，但是服務還挺好，

房間設施比較老，但酒店位置極佳，緊靠着西湖，很有靈性，酒店中餐廳也不錯，可以吃到比較地道的粵式菜餚。

雖然房間舊一些，但保養不錯，位置位於西湖邊，在樓下觀景很不錯，停車方便 ，旁邊就是酒店餐廳方便飲早茶。
