By far, one of the most ridiculous and poor levels of service in Thailand. The lady is rude even if you ask for as basic as water. Unapologetic about their lack of staff and unprofessional behaviour, seems their only intent is to milk what remains of a place that could have been much better with a bit of skill and hospitality.

We stopped for two nights on our way to a week on an island from Chiang mai. This resort was very relaxing, clean & good location. Lots of exposed wood, my favourite.. Owners were very helpful..breakfast was filling & delicious, Will come again

This hotel aspires to be the worst accommodation experience of my life. The whole complex is long past its prime, poorly maintained, and filled with lurking dangers. The smell was the worst part. It cannot be photographed, captured, but it's there. The rooms reek of dampness and mold, intensified by the old air conditioning unit that emits an unbearable odor into the room. Take a look at my photos first, so you understand. In the bathroom, you'll find dirty walls, a corroded faucet without a shower, in a dreadful shower corner, only scalding water flows, and you'll scald yourself, no other water runs. Moldy curtain in the shower corner, a dirty bathtub full of hair and hair from previous clients. It turns your stomach. You can't fully close the balcony doors, and therefore you can't lock them either. Advice from the staff: put your belongings in the safe. Electricity: Practically, no socket can be used. There are no sockets by the bed. A lamp ripped off the wall above the bed with exposed wiring, covered with a scarf. The wooden paneling above the bed is already rotting, captured in a photo. The lighting is dreadful, dark. The curtains smell. And try to open the nightstand! I have probably never experienced such a smell: a combination of naphthalene and disinfectant with mold. The bottom of the pool is dangerous, where you can easily cut your feet on broken tiles. Instead of focusing on clients, dogs are the main priority here. Several dogs roam everywhere, even in the dining area; unfortunately, one jumps on people, and my little daughter soon dared not leave the room alone because she was afraid it would jump on her again. When I complained to the manager, Su, she shouted at me normally. But the key here was lying, about everything. Furthermore, there was absolute unwillingness; we wanted to call a taxi, so they told us to download the app to our phone. Even though they changed our room, it was practically just as disgusting as the previous one. We wanted to leave immediately, but we had already paid in advance, and the hotel refused to refund our money. Now imagine, we were supposed to stay here for 12 nights, but in the end, we couldn't stand it and left early, regardless of the money. If you want a decent hotel, steer clear of this place.

I had booked two rooms for two night ...The front Manager who is the owner as well is super rude , she is very finicky , has a fettish on towels , doesn't trust her team itself ...far from the beach ...pretty old property don't go by the picture ...very pro European who stay here for 1 month or so ...

Not worth the price I paid! Inattentive staff. Bottles were not filled with water every day as advertised, Stray dogs barking in the hotel. Room cleaning was not well done, bed sheets were ripped. Water pressure was low, mediocre breakfast

I am very disappointed at our stay the staff and management was like they was anti English people didn’t help what so ever No towels in rooms no hot water cigarette burns in seats in rooms stray dogs running everywhere

I have been traveling for many years and I have never encountered such behavior, simply UNACCEPTABLE, DO NOT COME HERE. In general, people in Thailand are friendly, but not the 3 ladies (owners) of the hotel. If you do not give them a guarantee, they will not let you into the room UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT. They tell you double prices for everything, e.g. taxis. The breakfast is unacceptable, simply because it is so cheap. The hotel prices are high for no reason. The rooms are very simple, with nothing inside and nothing at all. They check the room before you leave, otherwise you do not leave as if there is something to take from there.
