We had a pleasant stay, hotel gave us an upgrade which was great. Room is nice and big. Staff is friendly. Close to Milano central station, about 10 min walk. Wish they had hair conditioner though.

Superb!!! We stayed for 3 nights and regretted not staying there during our entire duration in Italy, which was 5 days. If we knew we could travel to Pisa and rome n be back here, would've loved to spend more time here.
