"The stay was an absolute delight in many ways the cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, making it a very pleasant and refreshing place to relax. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall fantastic atmosphere, and the facilities were great—everything was lovely and well-maintained. However, there's a significant caveat the WiFi! It was exceptionally poor, majority of the time it was cutting out completely, and slow when it did connect."

"We loved this resort and felt so lucky to had found this amazing property at discount. The staff was very attentive, make us feel like royalty, the pool was incredible, the room was spacious with an amazing view, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was huge with separate shower and tub. The resort looks isolating but is not, city central is within walking distance, transportation comes quick at all times (we used Bolt), no issues with deliveries either (we used Lineman), and had no issues finding transportation for early airport flight. We purchase an island tour from a travel agency at city central and that included pickup and drop-off from this hotel, we had other plan but changed that in order to enjoy this property, highly recommended you spare a day or some time and spend it here relaxing, cannot say enough about the pool."

"It’s very convenient because It’s located in front of market. There is 3 markets walking distance and they are more reasonable than Ao nang. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good."

"Booked this place for 1 night as a nearby stopover to go to the airport the next day. This place is nicely designed and very comfortable. The only minor inconvenience is that they do not provide a hairdryer in the room (it could be available at reception, I do not know)."

"I think i would repeat staying at this hotel. I love the environment, private parking lot at the basement with security, the room is nicely equip with hair dryer. While ironing equip is by request complete with ironing board. The room is spacious and luxury. I love it."

"We stayed at B2 Premier Hotel Krabi for one night, and overall it was an excellent experience. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable — definitely great value for the price. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Krabi. The only downside was the toilet door — it was a bit of a hassle to close and quite an odd design for a hotel bathroom. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. I’d still happily stay here again!"

"The check in was smooth, book a family room for 4 pax, it’s a joined room with a door in the middle. The beds were comfy. Maybe should improve on the bathrooms, a bit run down. The swimming pool was nice. Not sure about the hotel breakfast because we opted it out."

"Room was super big and spacious. However the plugs situation at the bed was werid. Beds are just 2 singles joined together. Balcony was a plus because we can dry our clothes on there. Toilet was super big as well. Hotel had many trips provided and it was easy to book via them. They have bike rental as well. Loads of food in the surrounding area and 5 mins walk to a 711. Fount desk was super friendly and helpful. Although I asked for a non corner room in my notes but hotel did not give me that. Room door was thin so we could always hear the corridor movements"
